Anyone else having problems with the MCR website? Clearly marked codes are coming up as invalid. I’ve had two codes fail, and three worked just fine, all from 12 packs. I wonder if they know of any problems – contacting them only gets you a dumbed-down response about trying 0 for O and capitalization not required. It’s frustrating – I’ve been with MCR since 2006, and have had the occasional code fail, but not two in one day. My caps all passed, but 12 packs, I’m 3 for 5.
Coke answered back – mail them in – they know of two printing problems with expired codes:

Thanks for posting this. I have one that is not working and I’ve tried every combination I could think of.
When I have problems with codes,I CALL Them up and I think I had to press zero several times to get a real person…Its been a while since I called Here’s the number
toll free 1-866-674-2653 they ask a few questions and credit your account GL
tried 2 diet coke 12-pks and they did NOT double 🙁
My three 12 packs doubled, giving me 20 points for each, but problems with the other two make me think the promotion is more about finding the problem codes than promoting diet coke.
All 12 of mine worked just fine. Sorry you guys are having trouble! 🙁

every time I’ve seen the double point promos, they don’t credit the extra points to your account for approximately 24 hours…I’d check back tomorrow & see if the extra points were added.
