I picked up the batcave & batmobile earlier today but the rest of my order was just cancelled and there is mention of a $10 gc to be sent within 5 days so I am happy. Also I no longer see the charges on my cc and the money is back in my acct
I got an email at 8:15pm saying my order was cancelled, but when I went on the website to check, it’s still processing and the funds are not back in my account…. hoping the ride on train I ordered for my 2 yr old still goes through! Especially since I thought it was just a good rollback deal & that’s the only thing I ordered.

I ordered a Princess 4-wheeler and I just received an email saying my order was canceled. I thought for sure I’d still get it considering it was only marked down $20.00 instead of hundreds of dollars like the other stuff. Bummer. Oh well. Going to order again. Planned on buying one anyways. 🙂

ordered batman cave- had to have it shipped to home- all stores in my 50 mile radius were saying out of stock in store- my order was confirmed and then later an email canceling it due to glitch but $10 email gc . if its too good to be true it probaly is lol but had to try 🙂
I picked up the spacesaver high chair from my store in the Missouri City, TX without any problems. I believe my text alert was sent around 12:30 and I picked up at 4pm CST. The box has a sticker price on the front $54.97 for the Fisher Price Owl space saver, love it. Thanks Collin, this was a huge score for us!

Did anyone get a ready for pick up text and email and then followed by a cancelled order a few hours later?! Don’t know if I should try to pick up my orders or not.
I would still try and pick up the order unless they refunded the money to your bank. It’s worth a shot.
I placed a total of 5 orders. 1 was in store pickup (already picked up). 2 have been canceled. 2 show still processing. Funds have not been freed up in my account yet either. What a day…
They cancelled parts of my order (powerwheels and baby swing) but another part ($160 stroller for $55) shipped this morning! Crossing my fingers I get the last item in my order (jogging stroller) I REALLY wanted! No problems picking up my in-store pickups last night 🙂
Did u get email that it was canceled? I got an email but said my order is still processing so who knows.
SHADY Walmart had the stroller that went through as “shipped” to me shipped back to themselves (status said “Shipper requested shipment to be returned”) and now it shows as “delivered” (to their warehouse in bentonville, AR) and they did NOT refund my money!
I placed four orders and the only order that doesn’t still show processing and was cancelled was the 2 brite starts entertainment and grow saucers. All of the other orders were for one single item. Hope they get shipped today…

I placed 4 orders back to back. One was canceled last night and I got an email that says I will get a $10 gift card for the trouble. The other 3 orders are still processing.
I wonder if they are still playing catch up or if some orders will go through.
Janie, I wonder the same thing. I received an email last night too. I ordered 3 items, 1 for pick up (batcave) that we got and 2 others that still say processing. My email did not specify what was cancelled and I am wondering if they did a broad email to anyone who ordered and will cancel items as they go to the shipping stage. Still holding out a bit of hope they ship but not too sure I would get past the pick up stage.

they canceled my just Dance 2014 but the tent is still processing? hmmm the tent would be so nice to get. It probably will get canceled also. They are such a huge company they really should have just let people get the items yesterday.
So I had two items that are store pick up ready, not saying cancelles but one other item that says cancelled. Do I go try and pick up the 2 ready? I am so confused.

Me too…well, i’m just hoping they are still figuring things out for those orders that wasnt cancelled. I have an order but dont know if i pick up now or let it wait for awhile hoping they will it go through or it was already flagged. I was thinking it is a hot issue so maybe they still wont let you take it or i maybe wrong…really dont know if i helped. Just my opinion. Well, for those who had it shipped to their homes they will eventually get if it was already shipped before walmart decided to cancel some orders. No one will stop the delivery guy unlike at the stores. Mine was already shipped before they sent cancellation letters but my mistake and trying to be cheap is that i shipped it to the store. Ugh!
my highchair order got cancelled, but it says still processing and they still have debited my CC.. I have no clue what’s going on.
My order was suppose to be in store pick up for next week and it got cancelled and the said they would give me a $10 credit
Just got my 2nd cancellation notice but this time it was item specific for the drum set. It does still show processing in my account but figure even if it makes it to the store they wouldn’t let me have it.
UPDATE: Order now officially shows cancelled by Walmart. One order left. We will see what happens. I know, its only a matter of time.

It’s official. All of my orders have been cancelled. Far from fair for Walmart to honor some and not all. If I was really trying to get over, I would have looked for items that I could have picked up yesterday like the man that bought the $2000 tv for $330. That’s how you lose customers. It would have made more sense to honor the items that were priced at 150 regularly or something along those lines, so that there is at least some logic to who’s order gets honored and who’s doesn’t.
Just stopped at Walmart to pick up my order, they brought it out but when they scanned it to get my receipt the manager said it was cancelled:(

They had my order in the computer and brought it out from the back, but the point where they scan it to print my receipt, it said something about a refund, the store asst manager was there with a handful of papers, he said it was cancelled and my money would be refunded and I would get a 10 dollar egift card. I think they are just behind getting the cancellation emails out
May I ask what you ordered? I picked up my order last night with no problems. I got the highchair and batcave. Nothing that was crazy expensive in the first place, so maybe that is why they didn’t cancel it? The guy was about 80 so that could have been why =)
Received 2 more cancellations for the same items they already sent cancellations for. Guess they are making sure we know they cancelled them, Also received the $10 egift card.

Was able to pickup one of my items, but the bigger items got cancelled of course. Had two books that just shipped to the store I requested pickup at so I’m assuming I’ll be able to get those no problem tomorrow. On top of it I got a $10 gift card since I had an item that was cancelled!
I ordered 3 toys on Wednesday and received and email that 2 out of the 3 items were cancelled. I called yesterday to confirm that they were in fact refunding my order; however I was told yesterday I was told that one of the items was being shipped. I just checked my email today and supposedly that very item was lost or damaged. I called customer service and they apologized and stated that they would not be sending another item, but in its place they would refund my money within 10 days!!!!
What a mess!
