Groupon is offering up a nice deal for those of you who may be looking for a bargain on Holiday greeting cards! You can snag a voucher valid for 40 5×7 Flat Photo cards with envelopes from Zazzle.com for ONLY $19.99 shipped… that equals out to only $0.50 per card! Or choose 75 5×7 Flat Photo Cards with envelopes for just $29.99 shipped (= 40¢ each!) OR 110 5×7 Flat Photo Cards with envelopes for just $39.99 shipped (= 36¢ each!).

I went to Sams this weekend and got 100 5×7 greeting cards with 6×8 envelopes for $25….$0.25/each!

    • kw

How do you make the cards at Sams? Can you design them online?

  2. Tara

I’m hoping cardstore.com does a great offer soon. I love that they include stamps on the envelopes.

  3. jessie

yea what happened to the cardstore.com deals!!??

    • Dc

I think they were new when they were giving out all the deals. They gave them out to get us hooked 🙂

      • Ali

I agree, I think Cardstore.com trying to get their name out there. I don’t know if those amazing deals are going to be repeated again this year! Has anyone used Zazzle before?

        • Kelli

I LOVE Zazzle as a company. Great customer service and I love the products. I usually but my custom stamps from them. They also have “Zazzle Black” for $15/year you get free shipping on everything. They also send me $10 off $10 codes numerous times a year.

        • Kelly

I hope we get some card store offers too. I loved my cards we did last year with them!

  4. Sarah

If you have used “Zazzle”, were you happy with your purchase? Was the quality comparable to others? Thanks!

      Hi Sarah,
I did the Zazzle GroupOn deal last year and while the cards were great and seemed quality I ended up having to email GroupOn b/c I was charged shipping despite the offer which had stated ‘free shipping.’ GroupOn did credit me back the shipping charges, but it was just that it was so frustrating to be charged something I shouldn’t have been. I would imagine all of those kinks should be worked out by this time around b/c GroupOn does not like to continue doing business with businesses that end up costing them money. I hope that helps!

      • Sarah

        Thank you!

  5. Nicole

I really hope they have another great deal this year, I ordered 500 photo cards last year for $90.

  6. Kelli

Just wanted to say how much I LOVE Zazzle. They offer great products and have a money back guarantee. It’s also worth mentioning the “Zazzle Black” for $15/year you get free shipping on all orders. Plus, they send me $10 off $10 codes numerous times per year. Hth!

I did this Groupon last year for our Christmas cards and was VERY impressed with the quality. They were awesome and I’m using Zazzle again this year. You won’t be disappointed!

Does anyone know how much it costs to mail these oversized cards?

    • Ali

square cards cost more to mail, but not 5×7 cards.

  8. Darcey

I think you can use a regular stamp with the 5×7’s. It’s when you get in to the square and odd shaped cards that the price goes up.

  9. Jamie

I was concerned about the postage as well, but according to usps it appears that these 5×7 will only need one standard stamp. Apparently the only reason a square card is an extra 20 cents is due to a non-machinable charge. A 5×7 fits in the standard measurements.

Thanks Collin!!! I have been looking for a Christmas Card deal and this is just in time, it looks like there are tons of templates to choose from.

There are deals out there! I used a deal from Zoggin.com last week! Use code ZOG10FREE and you get free photo cards. I used two email address and have 20 cards on the way for 8 CENTS! Yes, the site is a little putzy (I had to use the free points I was giving to “buy” the templates I wanted) and the it takes a little time to figure it out, but 8 CENTS is a deal!

  11. Amber

Do they address the envelopes for you like Cardstore.com?

    • Kelli

      No

  12. Janna

Does anyone know if you can add pictures to the back too? Thanks!

    • lynda

This is what I want to know as well.

    • Ali

Shipping not included in the living social deal.

  13. Christine

$10 off Shutterfly photo book if anyone wants it (exp. Nov. 14): 2CC3-18EN-Y115-HJEBM1

  14. April

I found a coupon code to get $5 off a $20 purchase for Groupon and it worked!!!

    • faith

      april, what was the code?

  15. Stephanie

Does anyone know if there are any birth announcements included in this deal?

  16. Tracy

Thank you Collin, and you can use the $5 off of $20 code on savings.com to make it even better!!!

Go to Savings.com to get your Groupon coupon code -a pop-up box will come up which will have your coupon code so make sure pop-up blockers are off.

Go to Groupon.com and find the deal you’re interested in. At checkout, enter the first portion of the code into the “promotion code” field at checkout and click Apply

Then enter the second portion into the Pin field.

  17. Laura

Called Cardstore.com to see if they were doing their 70% off + free postage again and they couldn’t tell me. Not sure whether to take this great deal or gamble on Cardstore!
