If you buy online, points will normally show the next business day. If you buy in store, you will see bonus points on receipt.

Your confirmation email about your order should show the amount of points you will be receiving. Otherwise it should show up when you get your order is ready to pick up email.
I checked confirmation email and you’re right, it says I should be getting the points, however, they also sent the pickup notice, and my points still aren’t there. I’m not a very patient person… lol

What a good deal! Thank you, Collin and Hip2Save! Unfortunately the $8.09 seats were sold out in my area, but I snagged one for $11.69. I got 6% back through Upromise and another 5% for paying with my Discover Card.
Maybe I’m being paranoid, but in my “purchase history”, it says this purchase earned 0 points, but it clearly said I earned 10,000 when I checked out. Will I get my points or do I have to call? I don’t even know the number. Anyone?
If you don’t see it in your account or as pending when you get the order is ready for pickup email then I would contact them.

While I don’t need a new toilet seat I’m feeling like this would make a really good white elephant gift this Christmas! My family usually ends up with some pretty strange items, our only rule is you can’t spend anything on it.
I need toilet seats but I don’t know how the points rewards thingy works. Can anyone explain? So I buy the seat with my CC then I get points to spend on something else? Could I buy like four seats and get like $40 worth of points?

When do we get notification of the other points?
Mine is saying the other thing and other people said they saw the 10,000 in that number. I plan to e-mail their customer service tomorrow b/c my order clearly met the guidelines that I saw on the item page but not the checkout page.
I chatted with customer service online and she said it will show up in 5-7 days
I asked her if it was different than the base points that are showing up already and she said yes – so we will see
And if you’re ordering multiples, check the deal center b/c mine has $5 off a $35 order, and $10 off a $50 order in it. I just needed one new seat, so that’s all that I ordered and I’ll pick it up tomorrow after work.

Just want to let everyone know that this deal is dead. Even though you will see the blue “+Earn Points” with selected toilet seats, but as you click the picture and read detailed product description, Kmart.com is not offering the 10,000 bonus points any more.

Customer service is telling me that I have to use a Sears credit card as my payment form? Anyone else have this problem?
No, you don’t have to use Sears credit card for this toilet seat bonus points offer. Call back SYWR customer service.
If you purchased it using rewards points with no out of pocket spending, the $10 reward will NOT be posted. I just called shopyourway and they manually added the reward into my account. They are pretty confused about whether you qualify for the offer if you used some points and some out of pocket. Check your account to see if you really got the rewards back!
They refused to manually add mine. Said I didn’t pay in cash/debit/credit, so no points.
I ordered it, paid with points, and NEVER got my 10,000 points. Customer service insisted I didn’t get my points because I paid with points. They were very rude and condescending. I’m very ticked off.
I told them that the checkout page was very misleading since it encouraged me to use my points and that they should add a warning of how to qualify for offer like such. This should have them manually input your reward for you. They were confused about the rules as well since apparently this kind of buy indicated product get reward point promotion is very rare.
They refused to manually put in my points. Trust me, I tried.
I guess I missed it which is weird, because it is not showing anything about 10,000 points when I go to buy. I am afraid to put the order through without any way of seeing the deal. Where is it supposed to state you are getting that many points because I don’t see it anywhere.

I just bought one in the store! There were little tags on all of the toilet seats. My receipts shows that I received 10,000 points. I am so excited because we actually needed a new toilet seat. I find it odd that they had a points deal on toilet seats but I am glad they did. Usually, I am cussing Kmart but today. . .Go Kmart!

It seems the 10,000 deal is dead. If you click on the +Earn Points under the toilet seats it will tell you how many points you will earn.
I bought 2 in the store yesterday and still received the 10,000 pts. each.
Customer service said there is an issue going on with that specific reward. They are currently working on it. I had to call to get my points manually awarded for my toilet seat purchase. The nice guy said it would take 24 hours for them to show up. Here is the customer serv. # 1-800-991-8708
