WARNING I ordered 34 days ago and still haven’t received personalized ornament. Contacted Lenox 3 times. Told next time not to personalize if I wanted it by Xmas? Whaaat? Lol. A pre turkey day order can be finished by Xmas? Not worth the hassle. Their Facebook page is inundated with similar complaints. They got it very wrong this year. I finally received credit back to account and no ornament. But I still do get their sales fliers every day promising shipment by Xmas on a new order! How stupid do they think customers are?
