I was having issues receiving bonus points. I was told I didn’t receive the toilet seat bonus points because I used some points to pay for the purchase. They said I have to spend the money out of pocket in order to get the bonus points. Also, they said kmart.com and sears.com have “display issues” so it shows that you’ll be receiving points even though you’re not. They referred me to the “terms of service.” I guess the points are considered a discount. Just a warning in case you’re thinking of rolling over the points.

Had a horrible customer service issue with Sears last week. Just FYI, if you have issues on a big ticket item, good luck getting anywhere but India. Would Target or Walmart price match this?

Sears customer service is really bad! We’ve had to contact them for two different issues and both were not resolved.

        • Bridget

I had to contact them about a fridge we bought, and didn’t hear anything back after their initial response. So strange.

i just got off the phone w them about the BONGO shoes deal. they said if i used some cash n some points then woundnt had problem. i used the points to pay full then i won’t gain back the points. thank god they gave me back anyway… but this was SEARS so i don’t kno about the toilet seat deal since they were ffrom KMART…

      It is a kitchenaid mixer

This is a better/more expensive model than the Classic (which was posted yesterday for Kohl’s) or the Artisan.

Sorry, this reward is only available to members who participate in our Home Recycling program.

Walmart gift card from recycle bank not available only if you participate in program. they need better gift cards online.

Have you entered your SYWR number when you go to the shopping cart?
The price will be changed to $199.99.

Was at Sears last night in Charleston SC and they did not have any of the Kitchenaid Pro series mixers that they advertised for $199.00. Sears Associate said they never received them and that this has happened with other products in the past on black Friday! What a scam!
