I love how warm mine is, but the lining is terrible on my hair. I always end up with a terrible “rats nest” on the underside of my hair from rubbing on the hood lining.

Just a heads-up – I ordered this jacket for both of my teen daughters last Christmas and had to return them to Amazon. They run VERY short in both the body and the arms. My girls are not big either. I don’t think ordering a larger size would help with the arm length as we later tried them on at a local store and arms were short on all the sizes. A coat isn’t warm when you reach your arm out and the coat pulls up to your elbow. I think it’s a bit of a design flaw with this style of Carhartt. But Amazon was great about taking the coats back. We ended up buying a different style of Carhartt at a local store.
