Target on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas… know your coupon policy and don’t try to tell me that you have your own rules! This particular cashier has given me a hard time in the past, and today was no different. The manager which she told me was not in until tomorrow magically appeared when another customer made a big stink about the issue. He handled the situation well but also insisted that customers are confused, not the case here at all. Being lied to and then not even admitting to being wrong is horrible customer service.
My target refused to price match. Said they had direct orders from corporate not to price match due to cyber Monday deals. Really now? I showed them the policy and they even had it posted by the desk. Still refused. Not a pleasant experience.
When I went in this morning to price match epic the CS manager said that all the online stores were continuing their Cyber Monday deals all week long and they were not supposed to honor any deal. She told the other cashier that they received a notice about it… I went in this evening and the gal behind the desk was very pleasant and priced matched right away. I am guessing that’s the difference between working CS and being the CS manager/specialist

I got The Croods and Epic for 2.48 with no issues 😀 I took a sceenshot of it on my phone and they just glanced at my phone and changed the price! I dont even think they fully looked at it!

When I tried to do the croods DVD at my target at 5:00pm mst, I had the amazon price printed out but when he looked it up on their iPad it wasn’t there anymore so they wouldnt honor it, did anyone else have this problem?

Same here, I went last night at around 7:30-8 pm and the price had changed over even though I had just printed it 30 minutes before. I was only able to get Epic. Luckily, my husband was with me so I scored 2 copies of Epic. I’m still disappointed about missing out on The Croods.
Do you stlll have your prnted $5 coupon for croods? it’s on sale at Target today is last day for $9.99 plus we just got target mobile coupon and also has a $2 off the croods dvd. lol i just got the movie last night for $5.49 which still isn’t bad, but i would have gotten it cheaper had received coupon yesterday!! That’s $7.00 off!!!
Croods wasn’t on sale on amazon, or walmart. It’s not 7.48 anymore. Amazon has it for 19.99 but I managed to get the epic movie for that price!!! Plus the blue ray for 5bucks with tax!!! No issue at my target. But I can’t get the croods…. 🙁
I got the same response when I went to Target last night. The person told me it is the price that shows at the time they look it up. I only got Epic.
I was able to get epic but they had no stock of the croods.
Can someone please email me the printout I live on base and our military store will price match but by the time I went for turbo and croods they were out of stock for turbo and price jumped

Croods is now 22.99 at amazon.com and blue ray 19.99
I got 8 copies of each Croods and Epic from 2 different stores. They had no problem price matching and using coupons for $2.48
just did it for croods and epic…take a screen shot of walmart.com and show them that. 7.48
also, they were out of stock at walmart. but the cashier barely looked and was even like” you can just tell me the price” but i showed her anyway
Walmart (in the store) has a combo pack with The Croods and Turbo for $14.96. I was able to use the $5 Croods coupon and got each movie for $4.98.
walmart has it on their website at $7.48 for both epic and croods. I price matched the walmart ad on my phone at target and got both and was able to use the $5 coupon on both as well.
No longer on sale at Walmart.com. Anywhere else have either DVD on sale at a good price
