This is so strange, but my app will no longer let me send GCs to my husband. He still has an account, but he never pops up in my list when I try to send him one. 🙁 Sad times.
I find it odd that my husband isn’t an option on my friend list. I wanted to send one to him to see how it works. Seems like every friend is there except him. Anyone else have this happen?
This happens with me and my mom. They recently (as in like a week ago) added to their FAQ that certain people and certain times are ineligible. Then it states why and says
“Our retail partners determine who’s eligible to receive gifts and how often our users can receive them. Not everyone is eligible for the same gifts at the same time. She might not be eligible right now because she has a gift from that brand in her wallet already or she redeemed one recently and has to wait until she’s eligible again. She also might not fit the targeting for this particular campaign, but may become eligible in the future.”
Usually, next time they offer the same card she becomes eligible again
I think if you just sent them one of the free gift card lately it won’t show up on your friend’s list unless you are adding some funds. There might be a limit on how many you can receive or send to each member in a month.

I use Wrapp all the time. Love it! My husband and I both used a $10 H&M one today & one $10 AE, too. I found that sometimes his name wouldn’t show up when I wanted to send to him, too but it was usually because he already had something in his “wallet” by that brand.
How does this work? How do you know which ones you can send and get for free back… I’ve sent plenty but ppl won’t join.
