   Just a warning- check out their Facebook. Nothing but complaints for terrible customer service! I got the iPad mini/$100 GC deal and the GC wasn’t sent. It took a week, and I had to contact them 8 times just to get an answer from a rep! Supposedly mailed the card, but it’s been a week and I still don’t have it! Terrible service! Just a heads up!

  I done the same deal, after the horrible service with that issue of them running out of stock and some more CS run around they sent emails out saying they would ship the Ipad out since I had selected in store pick up. Well they sent my GC out right away which I got a few days after placing my order, then they finally sent me the Ipad and I got it last week but a day after getting it they emailed to tell me they tried contacting me via phone (no record of that) to set up an arrangment to have the Ipad shipped to me and told me in the email that if I didn’t get back with them by Fri Dec 6th they would cancel my order .. How when I already have the products in hand? Their service is terrible so beware.

   If I’m ever able to get this at Best Buy (I know, huge IF) I want to use my husband’s Rewards card – will he be made aware of the purchase? Like through an email? This is a Christmas gift so I obviously want it to be a surprise. Does anyone know? TIA!

  No. I use my rewards card for all my purchases and I have never received an email from Best Buy verifying any of my purchases. HTH.

  If you have an email registered with them they will. Just let your cashier know not to email the receipt.
