Sadly it doesn’t allow for homeschooled children from what I can see.
I was able to register. For the school name, just use your family name, ie: “x” family homeschool. My app. was processed immediately. I received email confirmation right away. It doesn’t say anything at all about excluding homeschoolers from what I could tell.

Was just going to comment the same thing 🙁 new homeschooling mama and on the look out for some great freebies if anyone has suggestions? I went ahead and filled out and maybe the company will just contact, who knows?!
Collin had one about a month ago. It’s from Colgate try the search bar. It ships out in January I got one to be delivered to my house for my daughter kindergarten class.
