I printed my offer instead of ordering online, I don’t have the secret reward card so can i buy anything in the store such as lipgloss or whatever to get the bra top?

I hope everyone is double checking all there other orders. They took away free items and charged me full price on things such as the backpack for reasons unknown by customer service. Even after items shipped. Charged my card additional money. Keep an eye on those orders in your account. Its really weird but it happened to 4 of my orders all placed at different times. Something is going on.
My husband had problems last christmas with an online order. After a credit card dispute and 2 months of back and forth he got his money refunded. Never again!
Mine too Julie! After an hour on the phone waiting to speak to someone, the very rude rep. Finally price adjusted my order. I took a screen shot of this order purchase as “proof” this time.
and I lost out on my free totes because of them doing this. They have no more in stock to get me one. Never rec’d an email nothing. Keep all my confirmations, thank god I checked my order status. Waiting to see it happen to more things. Lost my blue mini dog too but thankfully they had more to send me.
Same thing happened to me last deal! They took away the bag and charged me full price for everything else. I emailed them and they haven’t responded, think I will just be returning everything! ugh.
This happened to me on 7 orders….so I was charged over $200 for shirts that were supposed to be free and I didn’t get the totes. I messaged them and finally they said they’d refund the shirts on 6 orders…not sure if they actually will. This has happened before to. After I get this all straightened out I’m getting rid of my VS card. I’m tired of them scamming people.
So when you go online at Victoria Secret to look up your orders they are a different price than what was deducted from you bank or credit card. Can’t you just use the order information and give it to your bank to dispute the charges.
Yes, but it is a pain and takes forever. I think the worst is that they don’t just e-mail you and say they changed the prices. The confirmation emails are always correct but then they change it later. I’m sure there are a lot of people who don’t check on the order later and therefore do not notice they’re being charged extra. That being said, I’ve never had problems in-store.
Just want to understand this better so I can ensure I have never been cheated. If you go look at your orders in your Victoria Secret account they have changed the amounts on the order to match the extra cost they took out correct.
I checked my online account and bank accounts just to verify and it all seems fine for now but I sure hope I don’t have to worry about this in the future.
Yeah. After my last purchase I will not be buying from them online. I am very unimpressed with their customer service and ability to follow through on their own promotions

I have the pink nation app and it saved the discount to my photos but its just a gray and white picture that saysink nation. Is that correct or did so ethi g not download right.

they mean you can’t say, BUY a giftcard or buy giftwrapping to make it to an offer minimum. I think we’ve all seen them give free shipping on orders of $50 and up. You can use your secret reward JUST like a giftcard versus a coupon code. I could buy a single clearance item for $4 and then they would apply shipping, use my SR as payment and essentially get a free item mailed to me.
Love this idea- if this will work on clearance Pink merchandise, it would be great! I am definitely going to try that out 🙂
Udate: Clearance didn’t work- just tried it and it told me I had to have certain items in my bag for the code to apply. Added a regular-priced panty and it worked fine. Oh well, worth a shot 🙂
so you could buy a cheaper pink item than the panty…not that there are many. $8 mini spray as an example and pay less OOP.

I ran into a situation where someone wanted to trade a VS gift card on here for their savings from another company. I did the trade and it ended up that the code they gave me expired (after I gave them my code info) I contacted them, they said they wouldn’t use the code but today I went to use it and the balance was zero ;( Guess there are some Christmas Grinches out there .. even on this site!

Wow, the same thing happened to me last year with her ( I remember the name because it was so unique). But I was able to use my code quickly before she did after she didn’t hold up her end of the trade. Otherwise I have done several trades with people on hip2save and all have worked great, this person has been my only difficulty.

VS is smart with their marketing. It’s easy for one to justify a previous purchase because it earns you the secret rewards. And when it comes time to redeem a reward, most buyers don’t treat the $10 as hard-earned cash, but more like any other free coupon. True you will pay only $4.49+tax for this bra+panties deal, but the true cost was more than that.
I stumbled the hardest with Old Navy, Kohl’s and Sears/K’marts reward systems. Over the years I did score some great deals, but I bought even more stuff I don’t need only because my rewards were expiring. 🙁

I tried a similar offer with the DECANGEL panty the other day and the code was applied and my total was reflecting just the item I was purchasing and the discounts, but when I applied my $10 VS rewards card, the panties went from free to regular price. Can you not combine free item codes with the rewards card?

i haven’t tried it in store but they tend to run out early, especially in popular sizes. but if you print it out you might get it if you go early enough. i was in the mall yesterday and they are having an in-store sale on long sleeve PINK baseball tees and maybe one other style (not sure). FOR $10. they are having sales on 3 pack lacie panties ($19.50) and lacie bralette ($19.50). you may want to call your store to see if they are participating though. the sale should be through the 15th but again they run out early. also some VS stores are not allowing you to use coupons and SRC together, so maybe check first.
It works in the store as well. They were running low on the bras though. I used my 10 off coupon along with my secret rewards worth 10 in addition to the coupon for the bra. I paid a little over $7.00 with tax for 5 pairs of underwear (Pink 5 for 26) and the bra.
