I did this! It was the easiest “rebate” ever to sign up for just a few things online and gift cards came pretty quick. (About a month) I was able to get the 4 gift cards totally worth it. My walmart had these specially marked packs up at the front, on a couple big displays.
I haven’t been so lucky .. I have redeemed this deal three times and still waiting on my first gift card from over a month ago.

Great deal. I sent my 4 rebates, received 3 of them so far. I got the C, D and 9V types, since, I get the AAA and AA batteries at Officemax for just 1penny.
I also did 4 rebates, on the same day. I received 3 of them on the same day. Not sure where the 4th one is. Some of the peelies on the batteries were coupons.

Unfortunately these are on the outside of the packages…and a lot of them have been taken off at my walmart 🙁 I can tell cuz the little sticky stuff is still there
Exactly. People are boasting about the hundreds of dollars they have made this way and then also selling the peelies on instagram. I DO NOT APPROVE. I love freebies but not that way
Someone had some for trade on facebook and wanting paypal payment as a trade. That is crazy ridiculous stealing..!
I suspect there are people who remove the peelies. I have read stuff like “I know where to get them” and there are lots of people trading peelies, so I dont know…..
I just realized where the peelies where from too. Kinda strange they’re on the outside of the package with no proof of purchase required.
There were several packages at my walmart that had the peelies removed…you could feel the sticky stuff that’s left behind on the package. They probably should not have made them with the codes on the outside of the packages and not needing a receipt to redeem. Anyway, great deal. I got my 4 gift cards 🙂
I thought that was pretty odd, myself. I bought 8 packs and just had to dig out the receipt to see the date, since I haven’t received the gift cards yet. :\ 11/18, so I guess they shouldn’t be too much longer!

Yes. As long as the code on the peelie wasn’t used yet. There is no receipt required, just enter the codes online.

FWIW, you don’t have to purchase the batteries. Just peel off the sticker, go home and fill out the website form. Free $10, and you can do this 4 times per household.
That is stealing. And if you’re doing that, I sure hope you get caught!
I bought four packages and it says that only 1 of the codes is valid. Using the codes without purchasing the product is wrong my personal opinion.

Am I the only one who thinks just peeling the peelies off without buying the product is wrong? I did this deal, but I purchased two packages right after Halloween and just got the $10 gift card in the mail last week. I was happy to get two packs of batteries for less than 3.
I submitted my codes thanksgiving week and have received both the gift cards already. Such a sweet deal!
A lot of the packs have $1 off peelies on them, as well!
Got my 2 gift cards but agree that Energizer must not have been thinking at all when they put the codes on the outside of the package. My Wal-Mart has tons of the packages with the codes left so I guess people in my area are not taking them.
