Just saw this at MSN.com –
Approximately 40 million credit and debit card accounts used by Target customers may have been impacted by a major data breach, the retailer said Thursday.
Customer names and credit or debit card numbers are involved in the breach – along with the expiration date and three-digit CVV security code of each card, the store said.
Shoppers who made purchases at their stores between Nov. 27 and Dec. 15 were urged to check their debit and credit card accounts and report suspected unauthorized activity to the firm.
So that’s probably what happened to my debit card luckily my bank didn’t let the transactions come through, but it put a hold on my Christmas shopping as I had to wait over a week to recieve a new card

I actually overheard a woman at the nail salon talking about her credit card on Monday. Fraudulent charges attempted in Philadelphia.
I seriously was holding my breath while checking my account. I wonder if I should just be safe and have my card reissued. This sucks no one needs this stress.

Yes, but the hackers still have the ability to use your information if not cancelled by yourself or the banking institution. Very similar to the Schnucks breach this year.

I called my local store and the Giada set is $149.99. If you can use both Cartwheel and the mobile coupon it would make it about $67 and then addt’l 5% off if you use Target Redcard!!
Thanks for the information I wanted to know the prices but if you have a Redcard you’ve used recently you should check your account for fraud. I would be cautious to use it before verifying everything is ok with your account.

Walmart has the washable crayons for $2.47 if you want to price match at target and use the 60% cartwheel. Makes them .98 cents a pack.

I was able to get a faux animal print bean bag chair using the 40% cartwheel app. The item was regularly $44.99, today on sale for $25. Then the 40% off came to $15. Soft and cuddly. Comes in solid cream, black, zebra, or tiger stripe.
