    I don’t understand why I NEVER get emails from them. I have all my options clicked to receive email, and I have had my account for a long time. It is very frustrating.

      I don’t understand either. I get their monthly newsletter with bonus points, but these special event ones? I never get them. I even double checked…they come from the same email address so I don’t understand why I get one type but not the other. The last time this happened, I emailed them and they told me the special event bonus points didn’t exist. The time before that they emailed me a code for it. So who knows? If anyone has any idea as to how to fix the problem so I can get all of the code emails, I’d really love to know. Thanks!

      Check your spam mail. That’s where I always find mine.

        I have checked my spam mail as well as my server’s spam folder. I also searched the email address. Nothing. I emailed their customer service. Maybe they can get me on the list. Thanks, though.

    I had not received an email either, so I logged into my account to check my email preferences. It appeared that all email options were selected, but I saved my selections again just to be sure. Within 5 minutes, I had an email with the special offer of 50 points.

    my email had a different subject “Our New Year’s Gift To You!” and did not come until 3:08 CST. It did come from the same emaill address, so it may be good to search by the email address and not the subject. Woot! love free points πŸ™‚

      same here – different subject line – mine always seem to have a different subject line so I’ve learned to just search “Disney”

    Wow I did a search for the email “DisneyDVD@disney.dvdmailcenter.com” and in addition to the email mentioned here [although my subj was “Happy New Year – Enjoy Bonus Points Inside”], I had an email with 100 points waiting for me to click on from my birthday 3 months ago!! It would have expired in a few days. Thanks for the tip on searching for the email address.
