  I believe you only need to mention this. There was nothing to print out or anything. Simply enter your email…probably to send promotional items.
  Scenario: Go to an Ulta/ Sephora (or another lancome counter) counter and let the MUA or associate know that you signed up for or were told to ask for the serum. It would be either premade or prepared for you. HTH
