My Rite Aid went 75% off yesterday…TONS of toys/christmas stuff. (Dream Lites, Stompees, Glow Pets, etc.). One thing I got that wasn’t “Christmas” was these sharpie pens for $0.25 each. They were right up at the counter at my store but others might not be like that.[/h2s_box]

What clearance finds have you come across at your Rite Aid?

(Thanks, Robyn and Ashley!)

that’s great! did your CVS mark down the flashlight friends? I really wanted one for my son’s Easter basket, but they were not included with the Xmas markdowns at my store. I’m hoping I can find one at the Rite Aid near here after he wakes up from his nap!

The Christmas clearance will go to 90% eventually but it’s usually pretty well picked over by then. I wouldn’t wait if you want/need something…

My store didn’t have any of the stompeeze, flashlight friends ect but I did find a 12 piece holiday dish set (4 plates, 4 mugs, 4 bowls) for $4.99 and I found individual pairs of “2 B Cozy” socks sitting in a bowl by the check out line for .25 each – the socks do not look holiday at all

I was able to get some Star Wars cocoa sets, and a ceramic goblet pretty cheaply. The kits were 3.74 and the goblet was 4.99. Their candy was pretty cheap usually less than a dollar I picked up several boxes of their chocolate covered cherries for .62 a box. Also, their throw blankets are 1.49 a peice, I picked up one.

We have 2 Rite-Aids about 15 minutes apart.
I hit both of them this morning. I was out anyway, since I had to take the dog to the Vet.
I spent about $70 but I won’t need any wrapping paper or gift boxes this Christmas. I also got some holiday jewerly. But most of what I got will be stuff that I will use for my shoeboxes this fall. I got hairbrushes with hairbands attached for 75 cent, cute hairbows, puzzles, diaries, bathtub toy, playing cards, pencils with cut erasers, little pocket books, coloring books and hardback story books etc., most were 25 to 50 cents, I did 15 large shoeboxes last fall. I shopped all year and found some really deals. I spend about $300 which average only about $20 per box. Some were alittle more and others alittle less. I hope that I made 15 children somewhere in the world a little happier.
One of our stores is alot bigger then the other one.
Ones a stand alone store and the smaller one is in a small shopping center.
The bigger store had loads of stuff this morning. They even had some really nice looking trees left.
I think they were priced at $179.99, marked down to $44.99. That’s a great price if you need a tree. I don’t.

Uggh! I saw tons of Nuwaves 2s in my RiteAid, all in the 75% aisle. Cashier said they are NOT included in the sale bec. they are as seen on tv. Rang up $100, I argued, but lost. GRRRR

    • Dave wormer

Was available in metro detroit at 75% off

    • MoreFlieswithHoney

The only stores that have nuwaves on clearance are the ones who got them in with their holiday shipments. Stores that normally carry them will not be on clearance. And honestly there is no point in arguing, you won’t get every deal.
