Has anyone else been getting this message when they try to sign in or load a coupon to their card?? “Our support staff has been notified and are actively working to restore service as soon as possible. Please try again in a few minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience.” I’m just wondering if it is happening to others out there as well. This has been going on since last Friday when I tried to download the coupon.
Hi Kristie. I have not had any issues but I use the kroger app to load coupons and it keeps me signed in. Have you tried downloading the app and loading coupons that way?
yes not even working for me on app but last week indicated couldn’t load on app but it had actually loaded. On site it said to check back in an hour
Kristie, Yep, I’ve been having trouble since last week too. I even tried signing on mid week just to see if any new coupons were available and I couldn’t get through. I’m wondering if my existing coupons will even come up at the register. Hope we’ll see some resolution soon!

6:27 am PST. Stie message pops up “Down for Maintenance, try back in an hour”.
I am currently having difficulty signing in as well.
I just went on and it worked. Earlier in the week I was getting that same message. Try it again as it should be working for you now. 😉
I received the message also instead of closing the app just waited and the message went away. Then I was able to load the yogurt to the card. I always receive some message on FREE Fridays. Last Friday I closed the app and tried in another hour it worked.
Dannon Light and Fit is my favorite Greek yogurt. All the protein without the 21 grams of sugar like most have! Blueberry is my favorite.
