I hate couponing at dollar general. I was told i couldn’t use coupons on sale items by the “manager” lol so i’ll be price matching this deal at walmart 🙂
I agree, It’s a fight to coupon at bottom dollar, and I always have issues at Walmart too.
I don’t know if the offers differ from user to user, but for me there is an offer on Checkout51 for $1.00 back when you buy Sparkle towels, 6 roll or larger!
I’ve been reading more and more about that checkout51. Is it any good? People said you can double dip and use your same iBotta receipts!!! Would love more people to chime in about it. Thoughts????

I am skeptical though, I’ve had issue using coupons there too. They absolutely wouldn’t accept a DG coupon for an item I had a manufacture coupon for last time?
I was told the same thing that I couldn’t use a coupon on items on sale. The cashier said she her manager doesn’t allow it! She pushed it through anyway. I am not sure if I should try again or leave it alone????
sadly my local dollar general stopped taking printed coupons they said they were not getting reimbursed. Hope that changes back soon they have some great deals on household stuff.
Our Walmart won’t accept any printed coupons that won’t scan. They can’t key them in for you. Our Dollar General is really good about taking all coupons. I guess it just depends on where you live.
All or email DG corporate and turn the manager and the store # in. Corporate is great to work with and the will handle the issue.
