How to get UPC if it’s tube. You can’t tear it.
I thought the same thing, that;s why I haven’t printed out the rebate form yet..
It says UPC or copy of UPC. I am going to just make a copy of it and send it.
I did try tearing the sticker off the cleanser but I wasn’t paying attention and it started to tear.

Does anyone else think “one offer per person per household” is unnecessarily confusing? Maybe its the lawyer in me but I am confused Do they mean per person? Do they mean per household? Do they mean each person in each household?

Ive never gotten mine either
I wonder if anyone else has been able to get their refund. This is a horrible company to deal with. I’m getting nowhere with them and am very disappointed. I wish there was a number I could call to just talk to someone.
I did get mine about 3 weeks ago. It was a postcard type mailing so it would have been easily misplaced if you were not looking for it. However, I had not problems with receiving it in a timely fashion.

I have not received my rebate either even after 6 months. Frustrating. There is no number to call. I finally found an online customer service form and submitted it online and even submitted my concern twice, and it didn’t get me anywhere. I will not risk buying their free after rebate items again.
