Today we received our FREE Britax Boulevard car seat from the Britax Registry Rewards program. There is information about this promo on Amazon as well as the Britax Registry Rewards website. Basically, if you purchase 1 item from each of 5 categories, you can submit the UPC’s for a free Boulevard convertible car seat. The categories are stroller, car seat, carrier, large accessory, and small accessory. This deal is currently valid through April 2nd and I remember seeing both Britax and BOB strollers on the eligible list. I wanted to make sure it worked before I wrote in about it, and indeed, my $200+ valued car seat arrived today!
Also, when I ordered my stroller and car seat last year it was during a different promo they ran where you got the car seat free when you bought the stroller, so in the end, I got both my infant seat (B-Safe) and now convertible seat for nothing extra out of pocket! 🙂

If you’re interested in scoring a FREE Britax Car Seat through the Britax Registry Rewards Program, here are the steps:
1. Create a baby registry at your preferred retailer(s) to include BRITAX and BOB gear. (Note: This step is not required.)
2. Receive as a gift or purchase yourself 1 eligible product from each of the 5 categories (Stroller, Car Seat, Baby Carrier, Large Accessory, and Small Accessory) on the New Parent Checklist.
3. Clip the UPC barcodes from each package and save as proof of ownership.
4. Complete the online redemption form or the printed form found at select retailers.
5. Print out your redemption form and mail it in along with your 5 UPC barcodes to the BRITAX Registry Rewards address:

6. The BRITAX Registry Rewards Customer Care Team will review your submission and verify that you have followed all the rules of the program.
7. You will receive an email confirming or denying approval.If approved, you will be sent an email that will direct you back to the redemption website. There you will log in, click \”Go Shopping,\” choose from the available fashions for the BOULEVARD 70-G3 Convertible Car Seat, and place an order for your free seat. If denied, a reason will be supplied and you will be given the opportunity to resubmit.
8. Your free BOULEVARD 70-G3 Convertible Car Seat will ship to the address that you provided on your redemption form. Please allow up to six weeks from the time your order is placed for the seat to arrive.

I’m a little confuse. If you or someone buy you 1 of each 5 categories and 1 of those category is a car seat already, why would you want another car seat even if it is free?
Infant Carseat and Convertible Carseat for Older Babies.
I would assume you would be buying or receiving an infant seat for a new baby and this is a convertible which you would use when the infant seat is outgrown! I’m not familiar with the program nor am I pregnant but that is what I think the program is for!
You can buy an infant seat for the first one as the convertible seats often start at 20 lbs. Plus, I have two convertible seats because my husband and I each have one in our vehicles. My mom even has her own for her car. Hope this helps!
IF you buy the infant carrier car seat to use up until you wanna switch to a Convertible car seat, that’s what you get free. That’s how I see doing this
I use two car seats one for my car and one for my husband’s car. Also if you buy an infant carrier car seat than after the baby is too big for it you can get the convertible seat free. There’s many scenarios for why you may need two car seats.
Because you’re first carseat is probably the infant ‘bucket’ seat. The convertible carseat you are getting free here is the next stage up.

Thanks everyone. I think this program is best for new parents. I’m expecting another one, but I have everything else already, except for a double stroller. I can’t see myself buying another baby carrier or infant car seat since I have one that works well for me already.

My son is 5 months old and I purchased his Britax stroller/carseat combo, carseat base, and a small accessory to go with it before he was born. Can I go back and use the UPC codes or does this program have a specific date range?
It has to be from after April 2012.
