Sarna is a miracle! Thanks for the post. It’s pricey!

Is anyone else having a problem with Red Plum’s new “Print at Home” download? I’m on a Mac, and not the very latest version, and although I’ve downloaded the program, whenever I click a coupon to print, absolutely nothing happens. I’ve tried to open the program without printing a coupon, but it won’t open then either.

    Help?

      • Samantha

Thanks, Casey. The only answer I can find in there is to upgrade to 10.9, when I’d rather just get it to work on my current version.

@samantha I’ve had that problem in the past on my Mac. Not sure what I’ve done to fix it but it’s working now. Try a different browser other than Safari. Try google chrome or Firefox

I’m having the same issue but Im not on a Mac. I click print and the run. Nothing happens. It just sits there loading. I have let it st there forever now. I tried Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and explorer. Nothing. Frustrated!

I can no longer print them either from Chrome, IE or Firefox =(

i’m on a mac too. i downloaded the red plum software, tried different browsers and nothing. when i go to print, the little house from redplum shows up as i go to print coupons and nothing happens, just spins forever…
i even went to the redplum site for various questions and problems and did everything it says to do and still nothing. i had no problems printing before over the years, but since they switch to a new program, can’t print anything from redplum. bummer. 🙁

if you’re using Firefox on Mac, go into Tools > Add-Ons. then look for Java. it will most likely be set up as “Ask to Activate.” change it to “Always Activate.” this fixed the issue for me. however, it doesn’t stay as a setting and I have to do it every time i close and re-open my browser.

      • annie

i appreciate the tip: i went in and checked and it’s on “always activate”.
        i’m back to square one.
        so frustrating.. thanks though.

I begin working on this all day trying to print from redplum and I finally got it to print. I have windows 7 this should work on mac too. You want to disable java so go to java.com
then go to disable java to read about. I try to put the link but it would work. After you get down print put java back on. This really does work.

Thanks for the heads up on the great deal on Right Guard deodorant!! My Walgreens had 2 marked on clearance for $2.19. So with the b1g1 plus the $2/2 coupon, I scored 2 deodorants for $.19 + tax!!!

    Its not in the newspaper

I can’t print any Red Plum coupons in IE, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari for Windows. I’ve messed with java and looked all over the internet for a solution. Last time this happened Chrome still worked, but now nothing. VERY FRUSTRATING!
