   I ordered from them two weeks ago and I never received my items… When I contacted them they basically said oh it must have gotten cancelled you can re order.. And I mentioned to them that when I place my other I used an extra percent off code… And they said that there’s no way of them knowing I had a code (well I gave them my order #) -.- wow bad CS… never gonna shop with then again.. How can an order just got randomly got cancelled and I was never notified? But instead I had to contact them…that was my frustration with AE.. But I am thankful for HIP2SAVE! Always posting great deals =)

  Happened to me once.. right before christmas. I called customer service and they gave me the items at the exact same price I had when I ordered (I used a %off coupon) and they even let me choose the color of the item I wanted. I must admit I felt pretty guilty because I got a color that wasnt on clearance at the time I ordered. 😉 But I was glad I got my items 2 days after that, they gave me express shipping! 😀

  Lucky.. I called them as well and they were not helpful at all.. Basically said nothing they could do, the system cancelled my order (not them) and they have no proof that I got extra % off -.-
