Our Joe’s has TERRIBLE customer service. I generally try once a year because it’s such good food but every time it’s the same thing- rude servers, takes forever for the food. I’m always optimistic but terribly disappointed in the end.
Last time I went we had pieces of a scouring scrub in our food. I don’t think I’ll ever return.
