Joann’s. The exception is that you cannot use a Michaels coupon on fabric, since they do not sell fabric.
Ac Moore does too.
If you’ve got a Hobby Lobby in your area, check the phone book for coupons–I just recently noticed them there.
I hate Joann’s. Everything there is so overpriced to compensate for the 40% coupons. And EVERY time there is a 60% off fabric coupon, they do not have hardly ANY fabric that it can be used for, since everything is already on “sale” for 20% or something already! I even asked a cashier about it and she said it’s true and done on purpose. The ONLY good deal from Joann’s was the 99cent 500 count elastic bands sale they had (that she uses on her Rainbow Loom)
