My daughter turns 3 in April. Would a leappad2 be good for a 3 yr old?

I’d say yes; it’s a great starter tablet. My son turns 3 in June, and we got him one for Christmas. There are better tablets out there, but I’ve been impressed with this one so far. Some things are a little advanced for him, but he’s getting the hang of it so quickly. He is learning to write more letters and has developed better drawing skills just playing the games and using the art app. There’s also a pet he can take care of, and he loves feeding and bathing it.

Lisa, Yes. I got the original one for my son for Christmas when he was 3 and he loved it! He still plays with it now, and he is 6. My 4 year old twins fight over it now.

Where can I find this ad? My store is saying the leappad is $89.98, but if I can bring them in the ad they will give it to me for the $50.00 price.
Wasn’t able to make it out to my toysrus today for the leap pad due to this awesome Buffalo weather. However when I called the store to ask if they could possibly give me the sale price tomorrow because of the predicament I was in, the girl told me I could purchase it over the phone! Awesome deal, she said she even bought one. My 4 year old niece is going to love this for her birthday next week. Thanks for posting!!
