Hi, I have a question about CVS… I got a coupon from the coupon machine for $2 off $10 sally hansen… I got 2 nail polishes for $10 and something… When I was ready to check out the girl told me that she has to scan the MQ first… So I gave her the MQ ($2 off 1) for the nail polish and gave her the store coupon… But the coupon wouldn’t take, she said it’s because I use MQ and as a result the total is less than $10…. Is this right??? I read that I should give the store coupon first and then the MQ…. Can somebody help me and tell me which should be scanned first, store coupon or MQ?????

    • Roxy

I believe that the rule is give the MQ first, but in this case the CVS coupon needs to be scanned first, otherwise the total is not met anymore. I’ve never had any such issues before. The cashiers should know better. It sounds like she was just looking for an excuse not to take both coupons. You should contact corporate for an official opinion.

I always give my manuf coupons first then store coupons and even if the subtotal goes below the purchase amount needed on a store coupon (like $4/20, etc) they always go through. Cvs updated their registers so all store coupons say “pending validation” and if the cashier doesn’t hit total, then it won’t go through. Sounds like that cashier doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Exactly! I actually really like the new system! & I have never had a problem with CVS! They are always so good to me lol 🙂

I can never print any coupons from Hopster.. Always gives an error.

If you have trouble printing from Hopster email them. Their customer service is awesome! They emailed me right away and sent me an email copy of the coupon to print. They are fantastic!! I can’t print from my Mac at all and Hopster is aware of the problem with the new Mac update, but printing from my PC works fine.

Does anyone know the limit per household on the cultrelle? I stocked up at walgreens last week but this has a long shelf life and if I can snag more at a great price I will print the extra coupons. Thanks

    • Rachael

limit 1 – deals like this at CVS are almost always limit 1 per card/household. I stocked up at Wags too, but am getting one more at CVS this week. 🙂

    • Meli

      Post says Limit 1.
