No, they will not be able to issue rain check for RR, only the sale price. At least that’s what I was told at my store.
You dont get the balance reward points after the sale is over. I asked the walgreens customer service about this. And the answer was negative:(
I got a rain check because my wag was completely out. They also didn’t have any of the scope classic or Colgate total toothpaste. 🙁
They don’t carry this at my Walgreen which is a bummer because I totally wanted to try it.
I don’t see in the ad the 1000 points when you purchase 2
Neither can I find the 1000 points when you buy 2 Hershey’s chocolate spreads on p.5 of the ad, here in Pittsburgh.
It’s a monthly bonus buy, so it won’t be in the printed ad. I bought 2 on Sunday and was surprised when I got the BR as there was no tag up. Wild4wags blogger posted that the BR deal runs until the 22nd, but the $2.99 sale price is only until Saturday.
The first cashier I tried to purchase these with was snide and condescending because the coupons print out “Redeem at Walmart” which we all know is a suggestion, not a requirement as it doesn’t say “ONLY”. She refused. I was so angry. My husband demanded the coupons from me and went back to WG after we got home. He went to a cashier that is more familiar with coupons and had no problems. Now we have a “His” and “Hers” jar, because if we share…I never get any!
The Hershey’s spread looks really yummy! I’ve never tried it but I’ve planning on buying some at Walgreens with my “Redeem at Walmart” coupon. Wish me luck!

My Publix marked these down on clearance to $1.80 so I scored some for .80 a piece!

Thanks 🙂 I love Nutella, it’s my favorite sweets. I use (eat) Nutella for at least 15 years… of course not every day but if I need something sweet I take a spoon of Nutella:-) I’m from Europe so I kinda grow up on Nutella:-)
I know that May be for the price you can think is good deal,but yes Nutella is better, and I buy a lot with the coupon buy one and get one free, in some places or states you can found for $2.99 each 🙂

Some people don’t like nutella (raises hand!), so this is a great deal for me fir this item.
I got it for only $1.49 had the $1.50 coupon, the clerk bought the other one only 2 in the whole big store..My husband and I proceeded to eat it up on sugar cookies I had made in the shape of hearts..Yummmmmmeee, I also found the Nutella bogo coupon it is on sale at the safeway for cheap this week wow whee..The Hersheys takes like your are eating Hershey kisses without the aluminum outside, it was creamy and lovely..I kinds like it better than nutella, which my hubs is addicted to..lots of goodies to be had for little money!
