Hi Diane..Try logging into your account then go to profile and make sure both boxes are checked for emails and then click update. I know this sounds crazy but whenever I do that I always get the email within 10 minutes. Hope that helps

This may be a dumb question but what exactly is box tops for education?? I know you select a school but then do you just cut off that logo on your qualified boxes?? Where do you mail them too? Thanks!
Box Tops for Education is sponsored by General Mills and is their way of giving $ to schools. You cut off their coupon/logo (usually says 10 cents on it) and then send them in with a child or drop them off to any school you wish. The schools will redeem these with the company, and receive 10 cents per boxtop. It may not seem like much, but I find I end up donating 50-100 boxtops on my own every year. The school that I donate to has earned $1500 this year from this program alone.
C- If you don’t have a child, save the little coupons off of boxes and give them to any parent who does! Every school (private and public) will gladly accept them! 🙂
