The Outback Valentine’s deal is pretty good, but note that the $5/2 coupon is actually good only through today 2/13/14, not the 23rd as indicated in the post. So, if you want to do your steak dinner for Valentine’s today, looks like you could get the Valentine’s special for $25 for two with the coupon.

From what I can tell, you can just pre-order special heart-shaped bagels, which they don’t normally carry.

Has anybody tried the $25 deal the one 2movie tickets $50 for dinning and $10 off for flowers? Is that really true? sounds to good to be true
It looks like the dining deal is through restaurant.com which basically means it’s like a coupon. You use the $25 (or variation of) to purchase a “coupon” to use at a dining place. The trick is that you have to spend a certain amount at the establishment in order to use the coupon. So it’s a good deal but you will still be paying more out if pocket when you dine out. But you usually are still getting a great discount w the “coupon”. Plus you have the opportunity to try other places out. It’s just an odd system. Hope this helps.
