I subscribe to this for my nephew, but I ship it to my house so I can open it and enjoy the surprise… LOL! If you want a good Easter present for a kid that’s really to young to enjoy the present aspect this is a good option!

That is an awesome deal for a Citrus Lane box! My daughter and I LOVE our monthly surprises from Citrus Lane. I was weary at first, but I am so glad that I gave it a try. Each box has always been worth more than I paid for them. I also love that the items they choose are organic/BPA free etc. I’ve been able to use every item and found some new products that I didn’t know about it. They sent the most awesome bibs in one of the boxes. I will admit that the boxes are definitely a splurge, but worth it to me. I would LOVE it if you would sign up under my link. By signing up under me, you will get a $10 credit for a future box.

Oh no! Sorry! I wrote above that you get a $10 credit. I just realized that information is not correct and I don’t know how to edit my post. Instead of the credit, you will get 1/2 off of your first box.

Although most of you seem to think these are great, I was not impressed with my first box. I got a onesie, a board book, a trial tube of lotion and a feeder. Maybe I’m just cheap but I don’t think its worth it to subscribe monthly.

    • Jesse

I was not impressed either. The first two boxes we had, the toy broke AND paint chipped off (I had an infant). Totally unsafe, and not cool. Plus, besides the toy, the stuff we got was crummy- stuff I wouldn’t pick up off a free table if I saw it. I was super disappointed as I have a friend who raved about her Citrus Lane experience. I ended up cancelling it. I will say out of the 3 boxes, one toy was cool that we still use in the bath, the other two toys were majorly unsafe.

When you cancel, are they supposed to send you an email letting you know they received the application for cancelling? I canceled thru the email provided and I have not received any confirmation

I got the same one with the onesie, a board book, a trial tube of lotion and a feeder. My baby is on solids and cant use the feeder, the onesie is the wrong season, the board book is about crows (weird?) and the lotion stinks. As much as I wanted to love it, I just didn’t.

      • K

I agree completely. The onesie is the wrong season, my baby is also on solids and the lotion smells like Froot Loops cereal. The book we got was nursery rhymes and kind of cute, but 1 out of 4 is pretty crappy.

    • superchelsea

I got the same box as you- I would definitely not pay full price for it.

  5. SV's Mommy

Last months box had a big board book, nice “kitchen” toys, plate with dividers and lotion for mommy. I feel like I’ve always been happy with our boxes for the price they are 🙂 plus it’s fun to open a “surprise box”…. I would love if somebody would use my link to sign up… https://www.citruslane.com/invitedby/Alla.Twins.1191052
    Thank you !!!

Our first box this past month was awesome! A Skip Hop fabric storage cube (worth $15), a nice wooden shoe lace up practice toy, a Barefoot Books paperback and Juice Beauty hand cream for me (worth $12!). It was great so were going to keep seeing what show up!!

Another option would be the Bluum product boxes currently on Living Social. Bluum seemed to get better reviews than Citrus Lane. With the Living Social 20% off coupon (2014FEB20), it comes out about $9 a box as well. I ordered the 3-month trial as a fun treat while I’m home on maternity leave. They also have a one month option.

6% cash back from Ebates on Living Social as well!

    • Erika

I have a question about that. It says you can purchase 2 for yourself. Does that mean it becomes 6 months worth?

    • Heather

Used your link 😄… I splurged and bought the 3 month box also.

    • Megann

      I used your link.

    • Veganluv

I used ur link but it says the 20% code is invalid ???

  8. Sarah

I was satisfied with the box but did not feel it was worth the price. I hope you don’t need to use customer service because it does not exist with Citrus Lane. Not accomodating at all. We are numbers in a mill and if you come across a problem, it will be brushed off with a nice “too bad, too sad”. That’s it. Nothing to make it right.

  9. Dani

I LOVE Citrus Lane. Just got my third box which was for a 7 month old girl. I got about $46 in items and love them all. This month I got a Bidysuit from The Tea Collection, a board book, a feeding/nibbled item and a full sized hand lotion for Mom!! Yeah!! Consider using my referral code!! Thanks and enjoy.

Has anyone tried to cancel? Can it be done online?

  11. Sarah

Canceling online is not the problem. If you have damaged or defective goods, then too bad.

I thought the Customer Service for Citrus Lane was pretty good, actually. I called because my first shipment was late, and they were very nice, tracked my shipment, and then gave me a $5 credit to make up for the delay. I was satisfied with their service. If you can use my link to sign up, I would be very grateful! https://www.citruslane.com/invitedby/Chui.Cheung.2379367

I signed up using this promo and will be receiving my first box in march. My question is i got the first box for $9 when i signed up, will the subscription for the next months boxes be at $9 also? Or would it go back to regular price? Pls someone fill me in!

    • teacherthatcoupons

It goes back to regular price. Sometimes they offer deals or if you get several months at once you can get a cheaper price. I hope that helps.
