They ask me for my info Everytime I check out in store. They said the more often you give it to them the better chance you have of getting stuff
it took me two years to finally receive a mailing from them this week. two years of signing up, ordering, asking, begging. crazy! most companies I can’t get to leave me alone 🙂

Same! Fell of the list for years after I moved (I’m sure the new owner of my old house was enjoying all the free panty coupons, grrr) then mysteriously located again. This time, I got back on the list after I bought a bunch of stuff online around Black Friday this year. (Employees in the store are zero help in remedying this…. getting on the mailing list seems to be associated with being a VS credit card holder or online customer.)
I have a VS card and I never get any of the perks. I called and emailed them several times. I’m just going to get rid of that card and buy things as needed.
I agree I have a vs card and never get the perks. They said we should get a free pantie q about once a month. Yeah right. My sister just got some good qs in the mail and she is not a card holder. My question is how can they track u if u only give them a cell #? Who knows I have tried calling to with no such luck:(

I’ve returned items that i have rcvd freebies and reward cards with and they never ask for any of it back. I even bring it with me in case they do want it returned as well, but they don’t ask. 🙂
I have returned and even handed them the freebie and they said just to keep it! It was a free make up bag in my case.

I got this, but it wasn’t a mailer. They were little tear out pages in the catalog I received. My birthday reward was another tear out in the same catalog. I rarely look at the catalogs and usually just toss them, if it weren’t for this post I probably would have thrown them out. Check your catalogs!
I received the same thing…except there was no free panty in mine.
I never have coupons in my catalogs and they send me like at least 2 a week, id tell them to stop I mean dang its a waste of paper……. but I keep thinking maybe one will have something in it!!!!!!
Maybe it’s just for March bday’s that they’re doing the coupons in the catalog?? Idk, just a thought since my bday is also next month and my bday reward was also in the catalog.

My birthday is in December and I received the tear out coupons from the catalog and the separate mailer also. My mom is signed up for coupons also and we never get coupons at the same time or the same ones… we don’t live together. But it does seem like it alternates who gets a coupon.

Recently since I had a birthday got a card in the mail 10$ a purchase and got free body mist,10$ off bra and VS getaway bag. I have two emails associated w/ VS, mainly because when I made the first one, I put it on an email address that I don’t use much so I when I ordered something the second time around, I ended up putting the order on an email address that I use everyday. Well, all my VS orders go on the email that I use everyday and I’ve noticed that I get none of the fun email perks that my other email that I don’t ever use to order gets. I feel that VS doesn’t do a good job of taking care of its loyal customers and that it tries to attract more potential customers instead. Even my sister, who has the angel card, doesn’t get these promo deals anymore. I started shopping with VS on a weekly basis since last fall and I haven’t seen a single one of these mailers in my mailbox since then. 🙁

I ordered the bra & panty for my daughter and got the freebies….the sunglasses look super-cute on her! That being said, I’m not holding my breath for a mailer; those are very hit and miss. I spend a lot of $ at VS, put my email in every time I check out and get sporadic results with the mailers.
