   we did this already, a couple weeks ago and got cars replaced. my son scratched both our copies and i needed to get them replaced anyway. my mom had a whole bunch of codes she gave me, which is great, didnt even have to buy the dvds!

   Just an FYI…I’m OCD and like cases to match so I used this to replace our Dumbo DVD but this combo pack came in the DVD case not the blu-ray case. Still had both versions in it but not what I was thinking.

  Confused, did the combo pack include a DVD and a bluray or just bluray s?

  Yes. The case includes the dvd and blu ray but the case is a dvd sized case. Not the smaller blue bluray case that the combos normally come in. Hope that makes sense.

   Quick question for those that have used the replacement service. Do i need the case and the DVD and blu-ray that were in it? I dont keep the cases but only the dvd is scratched, not the blu-ray. Didnt even think to do that – one code shy but getting Frozen before it ends anyways!

  You don’t keep the cases??? I’ve never met anyone who didn’t lol I’m pretty certain when I used the Disney replacement I just had to send the disc but it was a long time ago.

  Just the disc. There is a form you have to fill out via the website, print, and enclose with the disc.

  Yes, it comes with both a DVD & Blu-ray disk. We received the Cars combo pack with an offer they ran last month.

    This deal was great..my daughter just started watching tv but received a bunch of Disney movies last year for her bday and Xmas that were never even opened so I had all my codes right there. This came so fast too. Only took about a week. 3.95 to add Dumbo to the collection, I’ll take it!
