Finally got one after trying over a dozen times. Everyone keep on trying!
I finally got mine, but I had to try over and over. Even when I got to the survey and submitted it, it would take me to the final page to submit and tell me it failed (in so many words), so I just kept submitting and submitting. Got to wait until it can sneak in amongst the thousands of other submissions! In the meantime, my husband wondered where his breakfast was – and then where his lunch was (only kidding!).
Just got mine and it took 20 min of trying but well worth it, I love having a variety if Kcups available when people come over to visit!

I keep getting “error”
Took awhile but I finally got the survey to come up on my itouch! Boy was it hard to do the survey because it was only 1/4 of the size of my screen so TINY! I got it though! Thanks! Now hoping I put in the right address 🙂
I tried like 20 times then got the survey then filled everything out and then it said error them I retried like three times and it finally worked! 🙂
for those who got the page to go through what browser are you using please? i get to the sample page but then nothing happens when you click on the ‘request sample’ buttom for the Peet’s.
Same here as you Karen– I’ve even tried Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer. The “request sample” button shows a hand when hovered over, but is non-responsive. I also noticed that the link displayed is the same as the page already loaded (i.e. the sample page I’m on).
(p.s. Karen, I’m on a desktop computer.)
right after i posted that it went through…Firefox if it makes any difference.
Same issues, still trying… nothing happens when I click “Request Sample” trying in either Firefox or Chrome.
Tried for the past few hours, while doing other things, finally worked. 🙂
well 10 hrs. later and trying different browsers. finally got in. almost midnight now.
sigh….
I just tried it right now and there were no problems. There probably isn’t a lot of traffic right now so you guys should try again!
