I believe there is saving star on purex as well…get $5 on $20 purex purchase. Savings star works at CVs too.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Just added! 🙂

    • Kristen

I saw that too!! Looking forward to stocking up.

  2. sha

Ms. Collin please pleas help can i use a coupon that says both limit one coupon per person and limit one coupon per purchase in one transaction?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I’d love to help! Can you explain the scenario you are trying to do? Thanks!

      • sha

the bolthouse farms drinks are on sale buy one get one free i printed 2 coupons for $1.50 off one but the coupons say limit one coupon per person under the date and then it says consumer limit one coupon per purchase in one transaction in the fine print i got the coupons off of instagram so because the coupons say two different things i dont know what to do please help

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I would think that this coupon is limited to one use per person since it does state that in the fine print.

  3. Samantha

My cvs had a ton of purex on clearance for 1.50 the other day. 75 cents each! Woohoo! That is if there is any left tomorrow.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Wow! That’s awesome!!

    • Crystal

wow..lucky you. 🙂 i never get to my CVS in time for any great clearance.

    • Jamie

Does that coupon work on that clearance item though? A lot of coupons say “not valid on clearance”…?

  4. Kate

Is it B1G2 or B2G1? Also, the second scenario features a total if you buy 6 with no free bottles, is this a scenario for this week maybe? Thanks for posting!

    • Ally

      it’s B1G2! must have been a typo 🙂

    • sophie

I was wondering how Collin got the total with B2G1. I got the same total with B1G2. Hopefully it will be B1G2.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

LOL! Sorry about that! I think I need more coffee! 😉 And to answer your question, yes… Purex will be on sale buy 1 GET 2 FREE at CVS. I also just fixed in the post as well.

      • Crystal

        Awesome..thats better than B2G1 free.

  5. couponingmama23

I believe the savingstar is calculated AFTER store promotions but before any coupons in order to reach the threshhold. Someone please correct me if im wrong.

    • AR.

Correct, only the 1st item will count towards Savingstar since the other 2 ring up $0.00.

    • heather

Do you have to buy all Henkel items in one transaction to get the 5.00 saving star promo or can it be from several transactions? Different retailers?

      • Sharon

On the SavingStar coupon it states, “Purchases may be made over multiple shopping trips.” I am almost 100% positive that it can also be made from multiple retailers. I am not sure, but I am guessing that the free ones will not count toward the $20.00, but we can check our savingstar account a few days after the purchase and if we need to purchase more, we have until 4/23/14 to do so. Hope this helps! 🙂

  6. AR.

Rite aid will also have buy 1 get 2 free the wk of the 16th AND there’s a $1 Off Purex in the March VVs.

    • Emmi

Rite Aid will not take coupons on free items. It would be buy six use one $1.50/2 and $1 VV. You would save $2.50 at Rite Aid compared to $4.50 at CVS. Still a good deal, but not as good as CVS.

      • AR.

True. But I was just throwing it out for the people that don’t have cvs.

      • mrs. savings

Yes they do it is in their updated coupon policy check their own website

  7. CJ

Walgreens too but it will only be buy one get one there

  8. Kary1

Is there anyway I could print more than two coupons from the same computer?! Please help!!

    • Ashlynn

No. There are limits site by the coupon sites… to prevent one person printing all the coupons.

    • AR.

Nope. You will need to have access to another computer if you want more prints. Or maybe we’ll luck out and the coupon resets for another set of prints!

  9. CW

Any Walgreens sales on this on the horizon? My CVS doesnt sell the Free and Clear version and its the only one I can use.

  10. Charlotte's Mom

Never used this brand before, how does it stack up against Tide or Gain? Does this deal include HE products?

    • AR.

I like it. I forget which scent I’m using right now but my husband loves it bc it seems to get the “sweat” smell out of his gym clothes, better than tide.

    • BT

It’s not bad. When I first bought this brand, I read reviews that the ‘regular’ Purex isn’t as effective as other brands, however…people raved about Purex + OXI CLEAN, which i was lucky enough to find and grab the last 2 bottles of (the whole oxi clean shelf was cleared out, and nothing but the regular bottles were left)

      • AR.

That’s the one! It has a red cap.

        • BT

Haha. And I have to agree with you regarding the ‘sweat’ smells and stains. My fiancé is like your husband and noticed the clean scent of this detergent on his gym clothes also.

    • CW

My husband and I have crazy terrible allergies and their free and clear version (white bottle, which I do not believe CVS carries) is the only one on the market we can use. It is HE safe. (You will see it on front label). When we got our HE washers 4 yrs ago it was hard to find but now it is far more available.

  11. Ashlynn

So I can only print two coupons. If I bought 2 bottles and got 4 bottles free with the b1g2 cvs deal… can I still use 2 of the $1.50/2 coupons?? Thanks of the help I am still new at couponing.

    • S

If you buy 2 and get 4 free you are buying 6 bottles (cvs lets you use coupons on free items) so you’re able to use 3 of the 1.5/2 coupons. (Need two computers to print more than 2 coupons) HTH

      • Ashlynn

Thank you for clearing that up. S

  12. Danielle S

How many printable coupons can you use in one transaction at CVS?

    • couponingmama23

As many as you like. Most cvs’s dont have a limit

      • Danielle S

        Great! Thank you!!

  13. brandice

so glad.this. is back. My stockpile was running low

    • crystal

Same here. I love it when there is a B2G1 free sale.

      • crystal

        Oops I meant B1G2 free

  14. Sarah

I am new to savingstar…how long does it take to show that you purchased the items?

    • AR.

Depends on the store. Some take as little as 2 days, other stores up to a month.

  15. Tori

I tried adding Walgreens on saving star and I am not able. I don’t think they participate

    • AR.

      Walgreens doesn’t participate with Savingstar.

  16. Jennifer

Colin- so more than one coupon WILL work even though technically we are only “paying” for two? And getting the remainder four free??? Make sense???

    • CJ

Cvs accepts coupons on items made free by a sale 🙂

  17. S

Will savingstar see the grand total before the deductions for the free bottles in order to receive the $5?

    • Tiffany S.

Mine didn’t – they only credited me for the 2 I bought before the coupons. The free items were not counted towards the $20.

  18. Linda

My CVS decided today to not accept more than one of the exact same coupon. Has anyone else had this problem??? They were accepting up until last week. Also would not adjust a 2.00 coupon down to a 1.99 for the biore product.

    • S

What coupon were they denying multiples of? They are supposed to adj down, thats policy. Print it (policy) and take it with you.

      • Linda

They were denying their own printable from their website. It was $1 off 2 mega m&ms. They were on sale for .74 last week plus had a peelie for .25 off

  19. stacy

does cvs carry the free & clear purex?

  20. Nancy

I don’t know where the Purex coupon is..but it is NOT on any site that the links are for.

  21. Jessica

Yes, CVS does carry the free and clear purex. I went yesterday to CVS and I use the purex dollar general coupon from coupons.com and it worked!!! it was $1 off each bottle, ended up paying $1.09 per each bottle. I don’t know if all CVS would take it.

  22. Tiffany S.

Does anyone know if you can do another transaction of 6 – store said 6 maximum? I did 6 the other day but want to go back so I can finish up my savingstar discount since it only took the items that I bought towards the $20 – not the 4 free ones.
