   i have an andoid phone. if i download to my phone hoe do i watch it on the t.v. or internet. is it like itunes

  You can watch it either. You also have the choice to stream or download go your device.

  And yes you can still watch it online if you download it to your phone. Basically you can use any device that is supported. My kids even log into my Google account from their phones and tablets to watch movies I have bought.
