Calling all you Shop Your Way Rewards Members (it’s FREE to sign-up!). Be sure to check your Inbox for a possible email containing free bonus points valued at $5-$7 (maybe even more?!) – note that these free bonus points likely come with a minimum purchase requirement and will be valid through 3/19! The email is titled “(Name), you have surprise points. See how many inside!” and will be from the email address “rewards@rewards.shopyourwayrewards.com“. Also, you may have received an email for FREE points valid in a particular department so be sure to read the emails that you do get!

Not sure if anyone else get this awesome deal, but I got an email from Shop Your Way this morning with $5 in surprise points for a $15 purchase at Kmart AND $7 in surprise points for a $20 purchase at Sears! It doesn’t say specific departments or anything. Definitely going to be using these! 🙂
I was looking at my Shop Your Way Rewards yesterday and I had $45 to use on Shoes at sears. I did have a few friends check and none of them had them, but hey I wasn’t sure if you or anyone online had them as well.

I got $7 at Sears with no purchase requirement and $5 off $15 on anything at Kmart. Love Shop Your Way and of course Hip2Save. : )

I received both as well, I am curious newer to shopyourway, can these be used in store? If so is it before any other manufacturer coupons I may have as well? (ex. buy $15 worth of shampoo get $5 off $15 purchase then use say 5 $1 off coupons paying a total of $5 out of pocket) Will this work?

Does anyone know a way to view these points in your Shop Your Way rewards account online or in the app? I received an email, but there is no indication of them in my account.
Log into your sywr.com account and then click on the rewards link at the top. it will then say something under your regular rewards like Surprise Points xxx,xxx . Click on the little tiny orange words that say see all under that and it should tell you what you have to use.
That is where my points were.
Go to shopyourway.com and at the upper right you will see Reward Pts, click that then you will see your avail points, select SEE ALL under your surprise points, this will give you the breakdown and any restrictions

I got just $3 at Kmart.
Last week I had 50 on a purchase of 299 at Sears. Plus 10 on any consumer electronic item. We went in trying to find anything in the electronic department, figuring we could get something super cheap, like a cable, memory card ect. WE found a 20 dollar speaker, paid $4 for because of additional points that I didn’t even know I had. Then we found a clearance 60″ tv on clearance for 499, with tax we walked out paying 480. It seems like a pretty good deal for an led lcd tv (granted the brand is Sieki), but for a large new tv, great deal I think!!!
I got $10 to use on anything except groceries and health products. No minimum. That’s pretty sweet, since I rarely shop there.
Also click on the add banner for Sears.com and Kmart.com right now. Just went live (for PDT zone at least) and get 1,000 points per so 2,000 total to use next week
Can you explain how to find the banner? I don’t see it on Sears.com or Kmart.com
Open both sites. On the top right you will see points giveaway lunch break surprise. Click on that and then it will change pages. The scroll down to the middle section and click on the points giveaway banner. You will be asked to sign into your account and then it will say you are awarded 1000 (at last for me) points. From 11AM-2PM CDT it says today thru Saturday.
Thank you Brandon. It worked for Kmart.com, but not for the Sears.com. Not sure why, but that’s okay. Now I’ll do this everyday.
How long does it take until the points are credited to my Shop Rewards Account?
It will show starting Sunday I think. Good for a week. See site for dates. Check your point history. Will show 1000 point but not credited until Sunday. Try sears tomorrow thru Sunday to get the other 1000.
$3 on a $40 purchase… I’ve never received a decent amount of points (or at least one of those ‘no purchase required’)

I got mine today and it’s $10 with nominimum purchase. It does exclude grocery, pharmacy, and health and expires 3/19. How awesome!!

I got $15 with no purchase requirement! I was able to get an Easter dress for my daughter with free shipping so it was totally free! Wow!
Right now @sears.com and kmart.com they have lunch break surprise 1000 points on each site like localad, which is equal to $1. You can use it from 3/16 goodluck.

I don’t have a surprise points email today, but the other day I was thrilled to get an email doubling any points I redeemed! When the register didn’t automatically put the extra points on for me at kmart yesterday, I called shopyourway and they credited me the extra $16.11 right away. This is the second time I’ve had to call in a week, but right away the phone was answered and I had no problem getting the points I was missing, so be sure to call if there’s ever a mistake!
Did anyone call for that blender or any of the stuff about a month ago that they were gonna give the points to make the item free I called and they will not reimburse the points what should I do!
I’m sorry that you did not get the points offered. I think this happened to quite a few people. If you like the items you purchased and you think they were a good value, then you should keep the items. If not, you should return the items to Sears for a refund. (This is the route that I would take because they did not honor their offer.)

I received an email for matching back my points redeemed, up to 100,000 points. I assumed match back means equal…the points did not add at the register…called SYWR, and they were not going to give me any points, because I redeemed 93,000 points and they said they could only match back half that amount. So, they said I would have to redeem half that amount or less to get them to matchback the other half in points. They suggested I bag back up my items, which were already put up, and return them for a refund then break up into half that amount to redeem points. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she reluctantly credited less than half that amount to my account. I am a very, very dissatisfied customer. I have spent lots at K Mart especially…that may change.
