I never get them either
I was in my account yesterday (click up at the upper right, I think), then you’ll see the sidebar with choices. It won’t say anything about newsletters, but once I was in my profile or settings or whatever it was called, I saw check boxes for the newsletters.
p.s. Just noticed that under the “Manage newsletters” there was also a drop-down box to choose the frequency. I think that by default the “full” choice is selected, vs. “special occasion”, but check that just in case.

I just searched through my inbox and realized that I haven’t actually gotten the Betty Crocker e-mails. I was mixing them up with the Pillsbury. I’ve only gotten the Pillsbury, even though I’m signed up for Betty Crocker, too. (I recently got a Box Tops for Education and a Live Better America, but previously I had only gotten regular newsletters from them, without sample offers.)
I have had issues with this for years. I signed up for this newsletter (along with Pillsbury) back in 2004 and I haven’t gotten a newsletter in many years. I can sign in just fine, but can’t get the samples unless they are open to everyone. My account says that I’m subscribed to the most frequent emails and I don’t get anything from them. I just subscribed with a different email address and I hope that I’ll start getting the newsletters again.

Mine had the subject “Fudge-Mint Cookie Bars + Our Best Corned-Beef Recipe”, I just clicked it to look at the cookie bar recipe and when I scrolled down I saw the cereal sample offer 🙂

I have read quite a couple of reviews on this cereal and people don’t seem to be too crazy about it… hmmm but since I just ordered my sample, time to find out myself! 🙂

I’m a “B”, so I don’t think so. It takes around an hour (seems like anywhere from half an hour to a couple hours) from the time Collin posts until I get my own Gen. Mills. e-mails.
