Does Walmart price match B1G2 offers?

    • trippy79

Walmart does not price match any competitors Buy one, get one free (BOGO) ads with no actual price given. It has to have a price like “Buy one at $x.xx, get one free” for them to match it. You can read more on their ad/price match guarantee at https://corporate.walmart.com/ad-match-guarantee

    • Jv

If you live in Florida then yes. Florida Walmarts are test marketing ad match bogo deals using walmart’s everyday low prices.

I really wish we had a CVS here in Oregon!

    • Caitlin

I know! ๐Ÿ™ We are moving to OR in May and I’m super bummed about no CVS or Aldi!

    • Ashlynn

Funny we’re from Oregon stationed in North Carolina… and there isn’t a day I dont complain about not having a Winco, Safeway or Albertsons to shop at. CVS isn’t that great I promise. ๐Ÿ™‚

How are their diapers compared to huggies?

    • megan

I am not a fan of there diapers at all. They are VERY cheap.

      • crystal

I agree. Very thin diapers. My baby actually got a rash from the diaper. Not a fan of CVS diapers. I love Walgreens diapers a lot. When Walgreens has a BOGO sale on those I stock up.

    • Cannielle

My 22 months old was born with Eczema but somehow she is fine with ALL the brands I have tried(including CVS, Wags,Up&Up), no rashes or leakage. It is just every baby is different.

Anyone know the quality of cvs brand diapers? Thanks!!

    • Mela

I stocked up on some before my son was born and he leaked through all the ones we tried (maybe 4 or 5) so I returned them. They’re not good quality at all.

    • ashley

I didnt carevfor them personally. We had lots of leak issues, and they smelled really bad as soon as they got just the littlest bit wet.

    • james

We’ve used CVS training pants and really loved them.

  5. Diana

    I love cvs diapers!

    • Melissa

I agree! I think they’re great diapers. Never had a problem with them.

  6. Melissa

They remind me of Pampers, I actually really like them and their really cute prints!

  7. ashley m

I hate was greens diapers. They fall apart easy. CVS has great diapers and I found out the same company makes Babies R Us brand as well! Super excited about this sale ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. Maria

I’m so confused…are these good quality diapers or not? Lol

I just found out I’m pregnant and I would like to start buying cheap priced diapers when I come across them for the next 8 months….is there a price point y’all stick to? And any other tips for this new mom to be? I love the ladies here on hip, y’all are the best. Well, most of you ๐Ÿ˜‰ I have gotten hate before. Please no rude or hateful comments on this post!! Thank you xoxo

With any brand of diapers, some people are gonna either love them or hate them. I’ve never tried them. I would suggest to pass on the store brand diapers and stock up on either huggies and/or pampers since you’re pregnant and wanting to stock pile diapers. I did the same thing. Usually you can get both of these brands once a month with CVS sales for under $5 a bag after extra care bucks and coupons. Plus these brands would be easier to exchange for a bigger size if baby grows out of a particular size faster than expected.

    • Lisa

I think some diapers are just bad (I can’t say about CVS diapers). The problem is that much of it depends on your baby. Body shape can determine which brands leak or not. Some babies get rashes from some brands and not others. One brand isn’t going to give all babies rashes or they wouldn’t still be selling them. My stock up price is anything under 12 cents a diaper. I would be careful not to buy too many small sizes because some babies jump sizes very quickly. Mine were in size two within a few weeks then stayed in size three forever.

      • Brittany

I recommend Target diapers. They have bulk diapers for $26.99 right now-buy 2 and get a $15 gift card, plus use the cartwheel diaper coupon! I ended up getting diapers at 0.08 per diaper ( they had a $15 off 40 coupon that I used also, but it looks like it is gone, boo!). Still not a bad sale! All my friends and family use them too!

    • Mel

You just have to try different brands to see what works! Every baby is different. When I had my first, the hospital used Huggies, so that’s what I had on my registry. However he leaked through them. So I switched to Pampers. When he was potty training, he leaked through the Pampers Easy Ups, so I had to switch to Huggies Pull Ups! With my second, I was able to use Pampers, Huggies, Luvs, store brands, and he never had any issues with leaking or rashes.
AFA CVS brand diapers, I did use them and no issues. However, they recently revamped the diapers and they seem thinner than when I used them. My sister bought a pack to try for her daughter and I noticed the difference. They are fine for daytime, but not for night.

      • Mel

I also suggest not to stock up on the smaller sizes. My first jumped from newborn to a size 3 real quick (he was a hungry breastfed monster!) I never had a price point. I just bought whatever I had a coupon for that was on sale, though at the time $3 per pack was a very good price for me. Now it seems $5-$8 is the average after sale/coupons.

Thank you so so SO much Britt, Lisa, Brittany, and Mel!! Y’all are awesome <3 I'm so scared and excited all at once about being pregnant and being a new mom. I am waiting until I'm 12 weeks to tell my family, so I am so happy I can tell my hip family ๐Ÿ™‚ thank you for any and all advice!

          • Brittany

Maria, I was totally terrified at first too, but I promise when that little bundle is handed to you for the first time, all the fear melts away and you are just filled with shock(wow, you are finally here and I made this!) and joy and love! Congratulations!

            • Maria

              Thank you Brittany!!

I love CVS diapers–we have used them with both girls and had no problem at all. We have had awful experiences with Target and Walgreens diapers. My preference is Pampers, Babyganics and CVS.

  9. AmyI-Boston

I am a big fan of the CVS overnights. My 2.5yo daughter has been wearing them for almost a year with no leaks. This is an awesome deal! I’m definitely going to stock up. Thanks!

    Maria,
Congratulations! Sorry my post might be a bit big but just wanted to share with you my experience when I was 1st time mom. I am expecting my 2nd one (22 weeks) and started stocking when I was 4 weeks. My price points is anything between $3-$4.00 for jumbo is good. Cheaper is even better $4.50 is ok. BUT with my first one 5 years ago I had no clue how to save on diapers and it was almost recession time and hubby had no job neither did I but we still somehow managed to buy them online. I used to buy from diapers.com and other sites and there’s was time when we could not afford it anymore so I switched to walgreens diapers. When they had a bogo sale I stocked up. They r good quality. After 5 months I started cloth diapering and don’t regret at all. I love love love cloth diapering. I only bought diapers once in awhile if we had to travel or if I took my baby to his grandparents home. It saved us tons of money. Am planning on doing the same thing with the 2nd one. Just gonna buy few packs of newborns and size 1 and will start cloth diapering again. Don’t buy lots of newborn diapers cuz they outgrow them quickly. Stock up on sizes 2,3 4 depends on how big or small your baby is but 3,4 you can always use. I damn myself to this day that I wasted so much money with buying diapers online and did not know how to get them cheaper. I found out abt cloth diapering on YouTube. Glad am well stocked for the 2nd one though. Best of luck to you and the baby and start stocking up now. You’ll be happy you did. Thank you H2S for everything you do to save us money everyday .

    • Maria

Thank you so much for your response Alla, is there a specific kind of cloth diaper you prefer? Or can you give me some details on how you did it? I read about cloth diapering on younghouselove, and that got me a little excited about it (in the way that it would save me money…for cute baby clothes lol)

      • Alla

Like I said I used to buy diapers online and wasted so much money on that. I used to buy big boxes and as time passed by I realized we could not afford buying diapers online so we started buying walgreens brans. Then I goggled where to get cheaper diapers and found some forum/ blog or something like that where they were talking about how to cloth diaper and I wanted to give it a try. I watched youtube videos also to learn what I needed for it. Many people suggested g diapers so I decided to buy some. I bough 2 covers and 2 diapers. Used trash bags over my diaper pail at first, to put the dirty ones in. I was really hooked and wanted to get more inserts or diapers and somehow cheaper, because the g diapers were costly. I found out that there were bunch of different kinds on ebay some were 100% cotton and some were not. Finally I got some generic brand a set of 10 covers and 20 inserts (the inserts are 100% cotton) way cheaper than the g diapers. This was all that I wanted and they lasted me a year. After a year I started potty training and used them only at nights. I started using the cloth diapers when my baby’s poo was more solid i.e when he started his veggies and fruits at abt 6 months old. I was sooooo relived that I did not pay for diapers anymore and cloth diapering did save me lots of money. At first I was disgusted but I knew I could not buy disposables so I had to go with cloth diapering. By the time he was potty trained I got a nice pail cover that locks the smell in, more cute diapers and lots of inserts ( I made some inserts myself from old T shirts that were 100% cotton). You just fold them and put them in the diaper cover and that’s it. So soft and comfy for the baby and eco friendly, no chemicals on my baby’s bottom ๐Ÿ™‚ Enjoy your pregnancy and your motherhood. Babies are the most adorable thing in this world. They grow so fast, so enjoy every moment you share with your little one. Good luck to you both ๐Ÿ™‚

Is there a limit for the detergent deal?

  12. Missie B.

Can you use a 20% off coupon on the 2 that ring up regular price?

  13. Sharon

Do the new registers beep on the 2nd and 3rd coupon since these items are the free ones? My CVS stores never accepted coupons on the free items when they were B1G1 nor did they accept a $/2 when it was B1G1 but I thought if the register doesn’t beep now maybe they would accept. Thanks.

  14. Carms

I like cvs brand for daycare. They change DD every hour so cheap diapers for daycare but pampers otherwise.

  15. Diane

Ugh looks like the All coupon is no longer available on redplum.com. Anyone have extra All detergent coupons that they won’t be using? I’d really appreciate it… chihippy@gmail.com

  16. ktjpmom

on the $1.50 coupons on wisk, CVS only accepts one, because you are technically only purchasing one. But it still only makes them $2.49 each. ๐Ÿ™‚
