Heads up for all you Rite Aid Shoppers! Be on the lookout for a possible email with the subject line: Wellness Panel Invitation coming from the email address survey@riteaid.com. If you did indeed receive this email, it will likely contain an invitation to join the new and exclusive Wellness + panel. You’ll then need to take the short survey included in the email to join the panel – in exchange for your time, you’ll receive a $5 +Up Reward loaded to your card. And, you will receive future surveys with the same +Up Rewards offer after completion. Awesome!

got mine 2 weeks ago. they said up reward will be put on my card by the 23rd.

I didn’t realize we will get a $5 up for the questions in the email…I thought it was only for ones after you joined.
