Did anyone receive the email coupon for the free item. I clicked on “share with friends” and entered my some of my friends email. They didnt receive it yet. Also same with the soap offer where I entered my friends email. I received the email for the free soap but my friend didnt.
the soap offer friend email received one saying to be on the look out but no email for the free one, my email received no email at all.

You can’t share the free signature collection coupon. It is a one time use barcode, the stores have to scan it for you to get the item. The computer will tell them if the coupon has already been redeemed. I had a huge family email each other the coupon and all 7 of them walked out with only 1 item between all of them. They now have to do this for the reason of coupon fraud. Bath and body does not accept coupon Sherpa, snip snap or any third party coupons other than email, mailed to you, or retail me not coupons. Making copies of coupons is fraud and can get not only you but the person working in a heap of trouble if they use them. The company is nice enough to give free items out, don’t be greedy.
Also, they only sent that coupon out to customers who haven’t shopped in the last 12 months but did shop between 12-36 months.
Has anyone actually gotten the e-mail with the free coupon? I got an e-mail several days ago to be on the look out for the free coupon e-mail.

I was told when I used my coupon that the emails were sent out to those who hadn’t been in Bath and Body in a year. It’s to bring those customers back. I got the email in my old email address from before I was married. They also said that each email has their own specific code, and that none of them are the same. I don’t know how true that is, but they wouldn’t let my friend use the email I forwarded to her because it was the same as mine. If it worked for others of you, that’s awesome! 🙂
