Yes, I couldn’t sign in on my computer. But it worked on the app on my phone. Hope that helps!
Glad someone else mentioned this, because I can’t sign on here still. (Note: Around a couple of months ago I was unable to log on for a week. It turned out they had updated something about their sign-in page, and someone at their online customer service finally told me I had to clear the saved bookmarked page, which worked back then but isn’t working today either.)

Yes! Glad I’m not the only one. It wouldn’t recognize my password and then said “technical difficulties” when I tried to reset it.

still can’t get in, technical problems
clicking on the link on this page has allowed me to get on the Kroger sight and load it. When you click on the link and it takes you to Kroger site, just log-in like normal and it should work. Hope this helps.

If you click the link above it should take you to a version of the Kroger site that will allow you to log-in. I was having the same issues until I followed the link on this page. I now have the free item loaded on my card.

Type- free
You will see it. I believe it’s all the way to the bottom.
I’ve used this link and it didn’t come up. And I searched “free” too. It’s just not there. Hmm… I am a Fred Meyer shopper. And I’ve used their website and there app. Bummer. Maybe next week…
Went to the Kroger logo. Used it and it loaded to my Fred Meyer card!

This is what I’ve had to do also. If I choose Fred Meyer from that page it would come up as “please come back 3/28…” so I went thru Kroger. It also looked like the QFC link would have worked as well.
Went to Kroger.com digital coupons, sign in to load to card. It worked.
The only way I could get this to work was through the app
I got it to work plus found a coupon for 78 cents off one two liter Dr Pepper and $4 off 18 count Kcup on Maxwell house or Gevila or Yuban. Thanks!
