Love this deal. Had trouble with coupon at kroger and it was a nightmare at walmart. Others reported no problems.

    • Tobey

My Kroger does not pay overage and does not adjust coupons. I just bought enough to cover the coupon. I had three coupons so I bought 10 cans ( instead of 9) and the coupons worked just fine.

  2. Chad

could you price match target price at walmart and get them free too??

    • Moria

They are the same price at Walmart, so you wouldn’t need to price match.

  3. Julie Hamilton

    my walmart they are .59

  4. Gillian

I don’t have a cat, but I always do this deal at Target and donate the cat food to a local food bank. Many food bank users request pet food.

    • v

Wow. I never thought about that option. I like it better than my usual pet shelter donating. I’ll divide up my future donations between both. Thanks for posting that info.

    • Tobey

I use to shop at publix(in Florida) and they had an animal donation box by the door. I would donate any free pet stuff I got. The best part was, I didn’t have to take it anywhere. I just dropped it in the box on my way out.

  5. linda yang

my walmart sells them for $.58 each

  6. Becky

Thank you – our school is doing a pet drive and is especially in need of cat food.
What a great donation. — off to Target. 🙂

    Heads Up Folks!!!!!
Harris Teeter is suppose to be doing their Super Doubles starting March 26.
This coupon may make 3 cans free there. The 3 oz cans run 79 cents in my area.

  8. Kelly

Thanks Collin! This is my oldest cat’s favorite food.

  9. Mona

You have saved my pet food budget this week. Thanks a million.

  10. Eileen

I missed out on these coupons the last time they were up. I don’t even have a cat but my neighbor does 🙂 I’m sure they can use it.

  11. kathryn

I don’t have a cat but I showed a lady in the cat food Isle this deal and gave her my coupons. She was so grateful. .. She was trying to find the cheapest cat food to feed her little babies until she gets paid Monday 🙂

  12. jenny bosse

I dont have a cat but I buy these and give them to my mom who has 5 cats

    • Tobey

Me too. My mom is retired so she gets so excited when I give her cat food. When I told her this coupon reloaded, I thought she was going to cry. I have 6 devices I print from so I gave here about 60 cans last time around. She has 5 cats too.

  13. Holly

Petsmart current sale prices are .49cents and .60cents!

  14. Denise

Thank you, Collin! Although my 2 ‘boys’ don’t eat this brand, I grabbed 6 to donate. This not only got me to the $40 threshold and qualify for $10 off, but it will also feed some local cats looking for lifetime loving homes. Bless you, Hip to Save!

  15. anne

Strangely my cats won’t eat this! I’ve tried it a couple of times with the coupon and they just turned up their noses at it. Just don’t have gourmet tastes!

    • Marian

My cats won’t eat it either and they eat everything. 🙁

  16. Chrystalyn

One cashier at target didn’t want to take this coupon for the $.59 cans because the coupon says ‘excludes trial and travel’ and she insisted that the small cans were trial size cans. Obviously no, they’re small because they’re fancy and who’s ever heard of a trial size can of cat food anyway?

  17. Victoria B.

Used this at target and they took off the 1.77 but I still was asked to pay the .12 cent tax. Good thing I had some change in my pocket!

  18. angel

    is this coupon gone?

  19. denise

I couldn’t find the coupon either. I printed it a few weeks ago and got a good deal. Looking for another good deal.
