I just ordered 11 books, and it broke out to about $2.60 a book. Their were some really great titles. I have been slowly building a library for my daughter, are reading is her favorite thing to do now. So glad I could find some titles she doesn’t already have!Thanks!
Just to let people know. I have nothing against used books. I buy them all the time but the books I received had some very language written in them. Glad I found it before I gave it away.
i generally buy used books from my library. great cause and i know which one i am buying beforehand 🙂
Most of the books I received in my first order were withdrawn library books. One of the books listed as used – good had a page that fell out and others that were taped back together very poorly. They did issue a refund for the two problem books. Be mindful of the listing conditions. Some books definitely show their years of use.
I got mine that I ordered from here and they were in awful shape!! Pages torn and tabs ripped. I won’t buy from here again!!!

Thank you! They had the Easter Book I was going to buy, glad I could get it for much cheaper! I have purchased board books from here and I made sure they were marked as “like new” or “very good” condition and they have been great, I gave many of the board books away for gifts.
I put about 14 books in my cart. I was unable to check out so I requested help. Live chat was too busy so i submitted a request and my cart emptied before i could check out!
You need to create a profile before adding items to cart, that way your cart won’t empty randomly. Second, for those who received books that were in terrible condition despite being listed as good, you can contact customer service. They are very sweet about replacing or refunding. I ordered workbooks for summer break for my kids from here, classroom books, and other chapter books, including sets, for very cheap.
I have ordered from this site many times and have always been pleased — make sure you don’t get ones marked “acceptable” and try for “very good.” I wouldn’t expect to get used books that I could give away but they are in fine condition for us to enjoy in our home. My last order included some board books with touchy feely stuff in them and they were all great shape. I have never received anything that has been torn just a few withdrawn library books which doesn’t bother me at all!

Another great site that I’ve found for used books is http://www.thriftbooks.com. Every time I’ve purchased anything from there has been great quality. I never had a problem. They’re right around the same price as well. Free shipping in the U.S.
