This cinnamon apple monkey bread is mouthwatering good, and you’d never guess that it has just 5 ingredients! The addition of cinnamon apples makes for a yummy sweet breakfast treat the entire family will love. And baking it in a Bundt pan gives it a beautiful gooey pull apart presentation.
Cinnamon Apple Monkey Bread

2 cans (17.5 oz each) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (5 cinnamon rolls per can)
2 medium green apples peeled, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Open the cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing cups. Separate out each roll and cut them into fourths.
Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Peel and chop apples and put them in a small bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup of the cinnamon sugar mixture with apples. Put half of the apples in a greased Bundt pan. After rolling half the dough pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture, place them on top of the apples in the pan. Sprinkle the other half of apples in pan. Roll the rest of the dough in the sugar mixture and place in the pan. Pour melted butter over the top and bake for about 40-45 minutes. Let cool about 15 minutes and flip over on a plate or cake stand. Pour icing over the top and serve. Makes about 12 servings.
