No, Peggy, there is no cost at all for shipping. My order gave me an estimated delivery, & it was pretty accurate. I think mine shipped from Hong Kong, & it did take probably at least three weeks. But like I said before, totally worth it! 🙂

I also bought it last time and it does work. You’ll need to pay attention to the pineapple size. You’ll want taller ones instead of fatter ones. This thing is great. takes a couple weeks shipping as it comes from china.

Best tools ever! Have mine for many months now. So enjoyable to have fresh pineapples without making a big mess. I no longer buy canned pineapples. Once you get used to the real deal you won’t want the ones tasting like metal.
BTW there’s no waste of the pineapple. After using the tool, I use a big spoon to scrape against the inside wall of the pineapple. Easily I can gather about 1 cup of super sweet juice and pulp that make 3 to 4 Popsicle. My kids fight for those!
I got mine and it is awesome. I dont lose any of that good pineapple, but I’m more reluctant to eat the whole thing at once.
The Amazon reviews says it only works well for small pineapples is that true for those of you who have them?
Costco sells really large tall pineapples so thought I would check first as that is where we buy our pineapples.

It works on any pineapple, it just leaves more behind the bigger it is. I find the Aldi pineapples to be perfect size for this!
I just used mine yesterday on a pineapple I got from Costco. It works perfectly.
I have one of these from Williams-Sonoma and love it! Core the pineapple and scrape the inside for extra juice, then use the rind as a fancy cup for a Mai Tai.
The one from China is out of stock so went with the one out of Hong Kong.

Beware!! I ordered one of these from Amazon. It arrived rusted and in bad shape. I had to trash it. I in turn posted a poor review on Amazon about this product. I in turn received a n email from that company saying they would send me a refund if I gave them my bank routing number and social security number. I absolutely did NOT do this!! I contacted Amazon regarding this. They said this is absolutely not something they approve of and would investigate. Just beware.
