Redplum don’t print
i jut checked at walmart.com the 72 ct are 3.86 so good deal after bogo
No luck getting Red Plum to print either 🙁 Tried FF, IE and Chrome. Anyone have suggestions?

As far as I know, I have printed red plum coupons for years. Over the past year I started having issues. I am using the same computer too.
my computer started having the same issues, but i am using a mac, i had to lower my security settings and installed the coupon printer, i think ihome something like that or iprint, but now it works fine. but when i do go to print on red plum it is a pop up that comes up, maybe try not blocking the pop up’s on the internet setting and trying again w/ a different coupon, so that way you dont lose the coupon you really want to print.

I just immediately change it back after I print the coupon. I have to do this for smartsource too.
Here’s what worked for me (I use chrome, but it may work with other programs also). Go to “start” menu and click on “control panel”. Then click on “programs” and go down and click on “Java.” This will open the Java control panel. Click on “security” at the top and change the level to “medium.” Make sure to hit “Apply” at the bottom and then “OK.” Now go back to redplum and select the coupons you want and click on print. It might take a minute, but just wait and they should print. When you are done printing, go back to step one and change the security back to “High” (which is the minimum recommended setting) and hit “Apply” and “OK” again to set it back. This was the only thing that worked for me-HTH:)

I feel everyone’s pain about printing from Redplum. We have 2 computers and can print off one but not the other for Redplum, Smartsource. DH who knows the ins and outs of computers cannot figure out why. It is extremely frustrating!
Same boat. Can’t print Red Plum or Kellogg Fam Rewards all if a sudden. Never had issues until 2014?!?
Very odd but super user hubby can’t figure it out either. We even purchased a new printer to test it & the office printer – no go! Uuuhhgg annoyed
Steph this probably won’t help, but SmartSource will only work for me when I use Internet Explorer or Safari and hit the “Accept” button for a “Coupon Printer Applet” message that pops up from my computer. Can’t get RedPlum to work to save my life – no clue how to fix it!

RED PLUM isnt printing…
Clearly …MANY of us have redplum printing issues which includes kellogg’s family rewards too. Anyone contacted them about it? Collin do you have any insight or suggestions? It’s frustrating to miss out on these deals. My computer genius son can’t figure out why either so???
Try reinstalling the application and restarting your computer. If that doesn’t work go to red plum troubleshooting tips. Still no luck, contact redplum.
You have to change your settings in the settings> They have changed this because on windows 7 you can unplug your printer and plug back in to get unlimited prints.
I can get redplum on ie but no luck with kellog fam rewards
there is a $3.00 coupon on Rolaids Liquid Antacid 12oz or larger in addition to the other two mentioned. I haven’t printed from Redplum before, installed the printer thing as prompted to, and everything printed fine.

Java 7 update 45 is what my comp is running. I haven’t installed the latest update they’ve been offereing. No problems printing from Smartsouce or Redplum.
Son’s comp was updated and that’s when his stopped printing Redplum. I was reading somewhere that Java 6 wasn’t having issues with Redplum….Just 7.
RedPlum is such a pain. I rarely even botehr printing them b/c they never print.

Oh – I see the $4.50 is off Liquid and the BOGO is for tablets!
I bought 2 bottles of tablets and used the coupon for BOGO and got back another coupon for $1.25 off 1 – so will have to stop by again tomorrow and use another coupon and the 1.25 one for better than free on 2 more bottles.
This is in response to everyone having the problem with redplum prints. I had the same problem on all my computers after the last JAVA update. What I had to do was uninstall Java, then reinstall the redplum coupon printer software, and then reinstall java. After this I was able to print from redplum again. I hope this helps some of you.
Went to walgreens buy 2/8 Rolaids 72 c and Bic confort on sale buy 1 get one 50% off use b1g1 cupon for Rolaids and 2cupons for bic $3/1 for 4/06 sunday paper paid 4.93 with tax have 3000 points on my card so I only paid $1.43 for 4 items
