My store there was 1 kind of the suave kids 2 in 1 shampoo that was priced at $1.89 and it was included in the buy 3 get $5.00 gift card. The others were not included. My store only had 2 of the 1.89 2 in 1 shampoos left so they let me substitute another scent that was not part of gc deal and the front end gave me the 5.00 gift card.

FYI… Chutes & Ladder was ringing up for 4.99 at the Target I just went to in central FL. 4.99 + 1 at 50 % off, minus (2) $2/1 MQ and 10 % toys cartwheel = less than $2 each!!!
My store had a shelf price of $4.89. I got Candy Land, Chutes & Ladders, and 2 angry birds jenga games. My total with tax came out to $8.03 after coupons and cartwheel. Once I went to my car, I realized that the Chutes and Ladders rung up at $7.79 so I went to customer service. They could only refund me $.63 but she gave me a $3 off Target coupon for their apologies.

I’ve noticed that, too. I typically do those types of transactions separate from my other purchases so that it’s easier to tell if the discount didn’t go through. Either that, or make sure to scan your receipt before you leave and fix it at Customer Service. It’s a pain, but its the only thing I can think of.

Good to know it’s not just me – I had been racking my brain trying to figure out what I was doing wrong…lol
I think you can only use each coupon for each offer, such as a coupon under the text word “offer”, per mobile number until it expire. You cant use a mobile offer more than once. I print out my mobile coupons and have printed 3 different offer links to use in the same transaction and have never had a problem. I just mark out what offers Ive used s I can keep track. You also have to make sure you scan your mfr coupons and target coupons first, then target mobile coupons, and then cartwheel.
How can you print the mobile coupons? I’d love to do that. I already print my cartwheel, paper coupons are easier for me to keep track of. Plus, sometimes while I am in the store, my phone acts up and I can’t access the coupons, and that is incredibly frustrating. Thanks for the help!
when you receive your text with the link for the mobile coupons, just enter that link on your computer and it will pull up the coupon link – then print

I have noticed that too. It used to have the deduction right under the product however I noticed the last time I went it showed up at the bottom of the receipt and said “Target Coupon”. So be sure to check the bottom of your receipt because it may be there 🙂

Once per mobile number for offer link until they expire. But you can only use either a target mobile coupon offer or a printed target coupon per item. They don’t stack. Some people though will get extra offers buy using their spouse or boyfriends mobile number and just having them forward the links to their phone. 🙂

In Chicago the Unilever with the Dove Target coupon was in either the Red Plum or Smart Source insert in the newspaper, I took it out and can’t recall which insert.

not all regions got an advertisement for it. you’re going to have to go to the store and hope there are signs! (like me!!). if not, you can bring the items to the register and ask the cashier if they are part of a GC deal. I’m not sure if the price checkers say if the item is part of a gc deal anymore, but you could try scanning.

Awesome trip. Paid $2.38 for lunchmeat, turkey franks, Palmolive, and 2 strawberries. Even the cashier was impressed.

What does the Select infant item Target coupon include?
I can’t get target mobile coupons for some reason. I use Cartwheel, but when I try to text target I get an error something about not being supported. Is there some step I am missing? Hope someone can help here, really would love to be able to use the great coupons that you can get via Target text. I receive other texts, pics, why would this not work? Thanks
This happened to me and I have service through Sprint. My short code was disabled bc I had blocks so my son couldn’t accidently buy games. I just called my cell carrier and asked them to unblock short code. Works now. Hope this helps.
I called and have walmart family plan, they can’t allow short code texts… in a walmart controlled world with so many using this plan, what a joke! I sure wish I could get the texts somehow, there are such great coupons I’d love to use. Unfortunately Target loses business over it too as I sometimes don’t buy an item they have a promo on because I can’t get the text. Funny that I could get short texts on my old school $20 per month phone, pay more than double that now and cant get them… thanks for trying to help me out 🙂
How do I know if my Target is doing the Unilever $5 gift card?
Call them and ask. If a team member is trained correctly, they should know how to use their PDA to scan an item to see if it’s included in any promotion. It’s kind of an advanced feature on their scanner, so not every team member will know how to use it to figure that out though.
I work at Target and had a guest come in yesterday looking to buy the Net10 ZTE Midnight from the ad priced at $19.99. She said she was planning on buying it to just use the WiFi feature on it and not activate it to download apps for her 3 year old to play. I’m pretty sure that her idea to do that would work because I have an old Android phone that I keep at my bedside to use as an alarm clock and I’m still able to use the WiFi feature on mine to watch Netflix and check Facebook on nights that I can’t sleep and I listen to music on it while I’m cleaning in there too. What a great inexpensive alternative to an iPod for a kid!

I would check Project Free TV online. They have just about everything to stream for free. Just don’t download it because that is illegal. Make sure your virus protection is up to date and close all of the pop-ups (ususally 1-2, plus two ads that can be x’d out below the player).

Can anyone tell me what this means at the bottom of the mobile coupons. “Add to passbook.” What is the passbook and how do I access it? I clicked on it to “add” but is there a way to pull it up at the register? Is the passbook a place where you combine all the mobile coupons in one place so they only need to be scanned once? Is it linked to Cartwheel at all? Thanks so much for your help.
Load the Target app onto your phone. There is a side tab for savings and then a passport button. It will combine the lists (not into one) but into one location side by side.
