My scenario would be buy 10 car clips (2.99)= $29.90, use (4) B1G1 p&g manu Q’s, use (1) 2.00/2 p&g febreze manu Q, get back (2) 5.00 gift cards = $5.94 or 59cents each.
That’s what I did, bought 10 bc my other febreeze coupons were all $2/2. Even though they’re on sale for $2.99, I was credited $3.99 for the free items. I got 2 $5 gift cards & used them towards 2nd transaction of game boards.
I got the free gum at safeway went to get milk and some other offers from ibotta
My RP didn’t have the gum coupon. 🙁

when I did the febreeze deal the other day, the Gain scent was NOT included in the deal, the ones I purchased that auto prompted were the Hawaiian and Thai Dragon Fruit. However, I took receipt to guest services & they pushed the $5 gc thru (there was a gift card sign above the gain scent and I had taken a pic w/my phone)!

target will take their popular coupons down from time to time. i’ve learned over the years to print a coupon as soon as you see it before they disappear.

Who told you that? Coupons are payment. It has nothing to do with prompting of the GC, b/c one the cashier scans the products, the register will prompt for the GC.
At my target the gift card offer only works on the Hawaiian breeze car clips.
