I got the e-mail and went to the link and logged in to my account. It says, “Sorry you can’t participate in the sweepstakes at this time.” BUMMER!
Gina, I received the same message. When did it become a sweepstakes? I haven’t been able to request anything from them for the last two months.
That is the message I used to get when I hadn’t received the e-mail yet in my box and didn’t realize they had started requiring the requests to be generated from the personal e-mail, so I was clicking on Collin’s link instead– it probably didn’t recognize the link from your e-mail.
Try a different browser.I can’t access them from my regular internet browser on my mobile but it works using firefox.
When I finally got the e-mail today I saw the form come up for a split second and then the “sorry” message.

Usually about a month. I got the Hershey’s Cookies & Cream cereal yesterday and Saturday.

If anybody is wondering how the cereal tastes, it’s my 4th favorite from the Cheerios line. I like Honey Nut, Peanut Butter, Cinnamon, and then the Dark Chocolate.
